No mention of the Ypsi Cabal? Michigan's Report to the NCAA is Incomplete.

Submitted by jg2112 on

I've had the opportunity now to read the reports submitted by the University of Michigan and Richard Jonathan Rodriguez to the NCAA in response to its Notice of Allegations. Ignoring the numerous typos made by the lawyers in Rodriguez's response, I noticed that their submissions were incomplete. This is inexcusable. Wait - I'm a Michigan fan. This is unacceptable. (-1 for incompleteness).

Nowhere is the Ypsilluminati, which we know is headed up by a former coordinator at Michigan, mentioned in the submissions. Of course, we all know here they have numerous moles in the Michigan Athletic Department who were actively plotting to get Rich Rod fired because they were emotionally scarred by the fact that Les Miles or Kirk Ferentz didn't ascend to Michigan corch, i.e., "Old Michigan," Anti-RR folks. (cite: http://genuinelysarcastic.blogspot.com/2010/05/rear-view-mirror.html, third paragraph, as well as at least 250 BS-Bloggies in the past year alluding to same).  Also, those elements were responsible for leaking information to the Detroit Free Press (OMG I MENTIONED THE NAME OF A NEWSPAPER) that ended up forming the basis for gosh darned actual NCAA violations which Michigan admitted to.  Without this additional information, the NCAA will not have a complete understanding of how these violations came to pass.

I look forward to Michigan supplementing their response to the NCAA.

I was running past Rynearson Stadium this morning, and I have to say that it's miiiighty suspicious to see that EMU is putting the finishing touches on an OPAQUE practice facility in such close chronological proximity to what's been going on with Michigan.

You might say I'm overreacting, but isn't it just a little fishy that immediately after these practice violations were announced, EMU is given the funding approval for the bubble by its regents, with Dr. Derrick Gragg (former ARKANSAS deputy AD, who moved to Michigan only a year and half before Ryan Mallet transferred down there) among them? What better way to ensure that the rising tide of investigations doesn't sink all ships, than to make sure your practice space isn't see-through?

If English isn't in on it, there's something not right with my powers of observation. And I see just fine.
