MSU = garbage human beings (excerpt from "Overtime")

No, this doesn't have to do with them covering up sexual assault committed by players. No, this doesn't have to do with their consensus approach towards "that Nassar thing" and the survivors "enjoying their time in the spotlight"

This about something less important: sports. And even there, they're still garbage.

Makes me so proud that Devin Bush tore that worthless logo and field up and The Team then danced on its corpse after beating them by double digits for the 2nd time in the last 3 years.

For that one moment in time, the floor slappers and couch burners felt as they were on top of the world......

although it wasn't a great play that their team made, it wasn't a perfectly executed strategy, it was a total fluke, blooper committed by their opponent that allowed them to pull off an unearned victory.

while most normal fans would react with a "whew! i can't believe that happened, we're lucky AF" sparty nation (coaches included) carried on like they came into the game with the perfect plan and executed a flawless upset victory.

of course, displaying a fair amount of classlessness along the way

Not exactly. Not going max protect when MSU had zero people back to receive the kick was a mistake by Harbaugh/Michigan. I'm pretty sure that Michigan had no time outs, but taking a delay of game to change the formation would have been the smart call.

Choosing to not max protect was a mistake, but that is not why that punt failed.  Even max protect will not buy the punter enough time to recover from that error.  This was a self-caused loss, which makes it more painful but also shows that we were not out-played in that game.  Just a bad luck situation.

"Where's all the Wolverines now?"  I will forever remember when that smug prick coach of their's uttered that shit right after the game.  He is a classless douche and the culture of that program starts with him.

Can you imagine the emotional trauma caused by this incident? It is shocking behavior that has no place in this world - this example proves every single msu alumni, student, and faculty member is a garbage human - great post!

If my 6 year old son made fun of someone for crying, I'd be all over him correcting his behavior. As much as I am willing to expect the worst of msu this is just surprisingly juvenile and unprofessional. Fuck these sparty assholes.

I'm kind of with you on this.  I'm skeptical.  This happened 5 years ago and this is the first we are hearing of it?  Is his source Mrs. Harbaugh (it wasn't clear to me who his source was when I read the excerpt).  Any corroborating witnesses?

I don't care if the coach isn't named I care much more about who his source of information is and can it be corroborated.   Be cautious of confirmation bias.
