We don't know the outcome yet. It may be that with a new coach, players will transfer.

Shane Morris is mobile, and Bellomy was listed as a dual threat in high school. As for Speight, well did you see what Urban just accomplished with Cardale Jones?

It's about proper coaching! Borges did very little qb coaching. It's almost like we had no qb coach at all. Hoke's lack of qb development really hurt the team.
Look at what Meyer has done this season with his qb situation? Or what Harbaugh did with Alex Smith and Colin K.
Hell, Chip Kelly has transformed Mark Sanchez into a decent qb.

Dude needs to cash his chips while he can
Though you have to wonder, if he's a college guy, what's open right now that's a step up? Michigan. And only Michigan. Maybe he really will sign.

there was a place he could go where he could have his program up and running in an elite conference and quickly get to a top 10 caliber team, preferably near a bunch of talent available, maybe with elite facilities. If only...

Makes me think Mullen is not coming to Michigan. I had never considered that before, but I think it might be true.

With sources saying that Les Miles "would never say no to Michigan" and Brian thinking that Dan Mullen would "come if offered," it does make one wonder if Hackett and Harbaugh have at the very least shown mutual interest. If I were Hackett, I would have already put tons of feelers out (he may have) and set up late December interviews just in case. Whether Harbaugh comes or not, it's clear to me that he is priority number one based on the reports, which of course could mean Hackett ends up hiring a complete putz.
