I didn't want to start a thread for something this little. I just asked Ricardo Miller if the recruiting was going good, he said "its going great". I asked him if there were any new prospects and he said "you will see". I didnt ask him any more questions because I don't want to annoy him. But thats a pretty good sign i think, it sounds like good news is coming.

That is unbelievably creepy. Ricardo's a very nice guy from all indications and loves his role as Michigan ambassador, but really, get a life. Flip it around - if you were one of the top recruits in the country, and now a highly regarded early enrollee at a glamour football school, and random "WolverineFan" regularly "checked in" with you regarding recruiting and team news, wouldn't you be more than a little weirded out? We intrude on these guys' lives way more than we should. Leave them alone. Seriously.

ehh, about a year ago I would've agreed and said that it really creepy but I don't think it is so bad now. I haven't actually talked to our players or recruits via facebook but FB has gotten to the point where your personal page isn't exactly a private domain anymore. I've commented on Brian's FB status and i've never met him before. Is that creepy? I don't know, possibly, but the only difference between those two is an age difference of about 10 years or so. When your a somewhat public figure like Ricardo Miller, that type of stuff just comes with the territory.

Remember when I asked him how recruiting was going and he said "Great"? He said "you will see". "Great" and "You will see" kinda shows me that he is giving me a hint that something good is gonna happen. I wouldn't expect any bad news like players decommiting or anything. That doesn't usualy fall under the catagory of "Great". Then he said "Go Blue!". Thats good right?...
