Michigan Monday is up

Latest is up below but it had me wondering whether there's a similar focus-on-the-enemy in the michigan football blogosphere? What are bloggers doing today to beat ohio?

Thanks.  It is a very good summary/analysis.

(And to be snarky for a moment -- why focus on our enemy OSU when we can be our own enemy and perpetuate stupid grumblings with a "Hot Seat Vibes" column on the Monday after a 33-point win?  Given Iowa State's dud against Northern Iowa (6 point win as a 28.5 point favorite), I thought we would be spared this week from stupid hot seat posts.  I did not expect one to be the sole post on our front page today.  I bet recruits love to read stuff like that!)

OSU Monday brought to you by the Kool-Aid Guy:

OSU on Offense: real good

OSU on Defense: real good

OSU on Special Teams: real good

OSU Coaching: real good

Tune in again next week!

I thought about this but I guess that's the exact point.
Watching the game the last few years, its clear OSU still prepares for Michigan like they're a worthy adversary.
Clearly OSU fans still think they are as well, or else Michigan Monday would have disappeared sometime in the last 10 years along with Michigan's perceived chances of winning...

It's typically a pretty funny and well written piece, and also a barometer of the Ohio State hive mind feelings on Michigan.  Lighthearted banter means M is seen as no threat.  When Michigan Monday gets salty, you know they are getting nervous.  This hasn't happened since 2018 but has happened.

thank you for posting...that one was good as well - he is pretty even keeled in his Michigan opinions and think most of his writing is spot on.

Gerdeman is so in tune to our team.. though I disagree when he says he'd put Hill at cb and sit Gray... wonder if thats leftover sentiment from last season, because it seemed Gray played good, and maybe better than Green last Saturday, and maybe Green should sit instead in that scenario.  Anyone have a thought here ?

Our own DC says Hill’s NFL future is at Cornner due to length, athleticism and speed.  He’s what every nfl team covets at corner.  IIRC he plays quite a bit of man coverage either at corner or nickel and will likely get tasked with certain receivers this season.  Esp if our back up safeties come along fast enough to put Dax where the defense needs him.  Imo that’s the plan to achieve long before we get to Osu.
