This game reminded me a lot of the Cleveland vs. Golden State game from a couple of years ago. One team is supposedly better than the other team but the weaker team has a chance to steal a game on the road and change the perception of the series but J.R. Smith bundles the chance.

Not just the dropped ball but also when the infielder made a poor throw and they didn't get the tag at home plate. Difference between winning and losing.

Congrats to UCLA. UM has a lot going for it tomorrow so we will see.

It’s easy to forget that the team that was an out away on May 23 from losing to Illinois in the second game of the Big Ten Tournament and missing the NCAA Tournament is the only Big Ten team remaining in the NCAA Tournament and still has a chance (as slim as that might seem today with Michigan’s expected starting pitcher suffering from a virus) to get to the College World Series.

Helluva game...  Michigan should be proud of themselves for hanging in so tough from the 8th on.  It was UCLA's game when they took a 4-3 lead.  From then, M hung in through a bunch of pitchers, 5 errors, and little hitting.  Outstanding performance under the circumstances!

Hopefully, there'll be a better ending tonight.
