Giving up to many offensive rebounds

I think I may want to see a bit more Castleton over the Big Sleep.  Seems sleepy. 

Give Teske a touch on the block, he's much bigger than his man.

Teske is gassed already you gotta be kidding me. 

No matter how great a shape Teske got or gets into...this pace won't work for him for 34 minutes/game, all season.  I think?

They’d be up 10 right now, but Creighton has 9 offensive rebounds and 10 more shots. 
 

That’s how you lose a game even if you’re outplaying an opponent. 

Firing up to many 3’s. We are going to tire out just like we did against app. St. It’s going to be a long year.

I think they should really slow it down on offense. Teske seems to get winded, and that really hurts our defense.

Should have taken Teske out at the 4:05 dead ball with 4 minute break coming up.

If this is how we're gonna play this year, it's gonna be a wild ride. Super fun and exciting on offense, terribly frustrating on the other end.

Seems we'll only win if our 3's are falling.

It's early - lots of time and opportunity for improvement.

What’s with all the one armed passes?

I agree we look winded. Missing all our 3's lately another sign of that.

It cannot be overstated how bad our defense looks.

Slow the game down please. We look very tired and defense is already really bad.

Creighton plays wayyyyy too fast. 

Wow, first FT's of the game and first half is almost over. Combination of terrible defense and a real lack of whistles. Wow. 

Simpson is breaking people when he wants to

Looking winded this early in a game? I have a hard time understanding that when they do so much training. Sure, some of that may be the style of play, but they've been playing at that pace for a while now.

I miss Yak.

Castleton is an absolute sieve.

UM needs more athleticism for this style of ball.

So Castleton isn’t a good defender.

No one over 6’7 so naturally we get fn smoked in the paint and on the boards. Something tells me we should of kept Luke

We are really out of shape ! We are are not communicating on d at all ! Might be a long year 

2nd half needs more defense.

Well, it was entertaining. 

Hard to imagine a team with Simpson and Teske looking so bad defensively.

This sure ain't Beilein's Wolverines.

So....because we play faster (and Yak is gone), we forgot how to play defense???

I don't feel very good after that half. Rebounding and defense are horrible, and the shooting slowly cooled off. DDJ does look much better this game though and so does Simpson although he still has some bad turnovers.

Creighton: 10

Michigan: 0

Clean it up, fellas.

Castleton and Teske are huge liabilities atm on this non-hedging style of defense which is weird considering they are doing less moving. They drop wayyyy too far into the paint allowing for these easy ass penetrations.
