Those are absolutely badass. No way should I be this excited by new helmets--I'm a grown man, I'm forty!--but still. Damn.
It looks way better than before, especially the Block M with a blue background.
I'm good with either gloss, or satin finish. Just not that horrible flat matte from the Outback bowl in 2012.

the blue chinstrap and blue background for the M makes a big difference. Awesome

Never thought I'd say this but I like that change to the helmets and I'm an old fart!
I hear they are going to break out Maize helmets w/ blue wings for the MSU game.

Anyone who doesn't think they look good has a horrible, horrible opinion.
Saying the Holocaust never happened is a horrible, horrible opinion. Saying that African Americans are better off because slavery happened is a horrible, horrible opinion. thinking that the new helmets do not look good is just an opinion that you personally do not like.
Looks like a satin finish with a little pearl added instead of a matte finish.
