Looks like Penn State may be looking for a head coach as well. Could be an interesting off-season competition, with both probably having the same replacements on their lists.

I don't  have any questions. It I see past time. We all have fond memories of coach when he was our qb, but it just isn't going to work. Let him move on and let's get Fickell in here.

Logged in to tell you all this is my first year of barely keeping up with UM athletics. I watched The first game and half of MSU, but mostly have just not watched football much at all this season.

life is actually enjoyable this way. Much like the Mandalorian, I just came to say “This is the way.” ;)

I was so happy with Harbaugh when he came home.  I was at the basketball game when he was introduced.  I went to the Signing of the Stars.  I was 100% onboard and willing to let the process come together.  The time us up.  Michigan needs to go in a new direction and whether it is Fickell or another big name, the era of Harbaugh has run its course.

Steve Sarkisian.  He coached under Pete Carroll, has head coaching experience and has now been in Nick Saban's school for wayward coaches.  He can recruit the South and the West Coast.

I’m really depressed about this team, guys. I remember the day Harbaugh was hired and the confidence I had. He’s not the same guy. I have no doubt that we can get a coach that is better, but I just can’t believe we are where we are.

I remember all the "Its happening" days when nobody knew for sure if Harbaugh was going to pick Michigan and we had all the flight trackers leaving Ann Arbor to SFO. We were all excited his first couple of seasons but thought his down third season was fluke. Then we had the murder wolf revenge tour where we were knocking of all the teams that had beaten us in 2017. I really thought we were going to go down to Columbus and beat OSU but we got destroyed. Then last season we started out bad, improved through the season but got curb stomped by OSU at home. Now we have this god awful season amongst us.

Anybody but Paul Chryst. I’ve never heard him finish a sentence. When he does he bores the shit out of me. Much of his success is due to being in the west division. He can’t beat Ohio State either. Runs a neanderthal offense that will never get us where we want to go. Bob Stoops is 60 and only 3 years older than JH. Stoops has midwest roots and coached in BTN. If he came out of retirement and went to XFL he might be feeling the itch.

Harbaugh didn't just lose to MSU they were over-matched and out coached by a team that got steamrolled by a winless Iowa team.

UM didn't just lose today they were dominated - bullied.  Harbaugh was again dominated for the entire game on both sides of the ball. Outside of Ronnie Bell, the Michigan players looked disinterested and the coaches didn't do anything to help them out or put them in positions to succeed. The corners were destroyed again. it's MSU redux and what every team will do, throw it deep get a completion or a flag. The defensive line didn't get any pressure again and the offensive play calling was predictable and ineffective. They've given up on the team it's time the team gives up on them.

Jamey Chadwell is cerebral and young. He is from the talent rich Georgia area and has the undefeated Chanticleers currently ranked 15th before another convincing win today. They have the countries 12th ranked offense.

His teams embody the more with less concept as opposed to the less with more football we see at Michigan.

He will be coaching P5 next year. Why not here?
