Give Coach Howard a Raise
Here is a ranking of the top 28 NCAA basketball coaches in terms of salary and there is no Juwan Howard on that list.

I realize that when Coach Howard was hired he didn't have the "head coaching" experience and the athletic department has see a drop in revenue from Covid, but as soon as finances rebound, does he not deserve a restructuring of his contract to give him a pay raise to put him in the top 10?

You're right, we should only pay coaches if and when they win a conference or national championship. That's a strategy that is sure to attract good coaches and ensure our program's success.
He has our undying love and affection.....you can't put a price tag on that!

Juwan deserves a big raise. As of today, there are many bridges to cross before the season ends. That will dictate ow much of raise he will get. He surely deserves to be paid a Top 10 or Top 20 highest paid in MBB.
It's hard to say what he deserves from a financial perspective.
But he has earned the respect he's getting right now. That seems more important.
