Happy 2020. Get out of bed and get moving. Games are on today and the game is at 1:00. Here is the Line-up, with favorites listed first:
Bama 7.5 Michigan (Incidentally, we are the 'away' team - expect the road whites)
Auburn 7 Minny
Wisc 3 Oregon
Georgia 4.5 Baylor
Two questions this morning
1. What is in your cup? (no more booze you maniacs)
2. Who are you picking to win today? I know the board generally thinks Bama will be a replay of our game v. ohio, and I unfortunately agree with that sentiment. That said, Auburn/Minny and Wisc/Oregon might be pretty good games. And while I don't have much interest in UGA/Baylor, with a 4.5 pt spread it might be a good one.
I hope you guys/gals have a great 2020. Would be wonderful to start it off with an unexpected win v. Bama.

I have no point of reference that allows Michigan to beat Alabama. I am hoping for a display of powerful resilience and very intelligent play...and a huge upset.
Rooting for the B1G. Don't see Minnesota staying with Auburn-which will make a SIL very happy. Hoping that both Georgia and Baylor lose.

We’re way overdue for quite a few good things...and yet every season comes and goes and we’ve simply added another notch on the wall, sitting around waiting for “next year”.
So I’ve stopped believing in “returning to the mean”, “the law of averages”, or any other mathematical theorem you want to apply to CFB. The only math that actually applies is A) the number of top 100 5* recruits you get each year, and B) the number of zeros on the check each player receives as part of their “family loan”

Drinking: Air? Idk, just woke up. Stupid hoarding tv show sucked me in last night and I was up way too late. But I will be drinking at the alumni watch party today.
Prediction:
1) Hoping for the best...but since “the best” is highly unlikely to occur, we probably get beat badly
2) Would love for Minnesota to win this one cause I hate the SEC, but I think Auburn is just way too talented. Auburn by a comfortable margin.
3) Wisconsin in a tight game. Hopefully Oregon’s speed doesn’t overwhelm them.
4) Baylor in a close game? Don’t know much about either team, but since Georgia has a lot of players out, seems like they’re at a disadvantage here (or at least should be on paper)

Hate the SEC (especially Auburn), hate Baylor even worse than the SEC as a result of its recent issues, always pick Michigan and think Wisconsin is way better than Oregon. With those matters taken into consideration, my picks make perfect sense, at least to me.

That little bastard fuck Jim Delaney wanted to screw Michigan over before he is done in the spring. Just a depressing week: hockey loss in GLI finals, football gets embarrassed on national TV, and basketball loses to Staee on Sunday. Going off the grid at 1pm. Fuck this year already.
