Okay, we didn't get Wilson. Eff N A. Still have Harbaugh. On an imperial IPA called hollowing moon. I'm still bitterly disappointed, but still thrilled we have Harbaugh.

A black apple (Guinness and Strongbow Cider) and listening to Diana Krall's Christmas album, trying to decompress after a particularly ugly week at work.

Works pretty well.

gonna be a nightmare to come up with a logical rank list. seems like every specialty has been told to go on more interviews now than what they supposedly did in the past. i felt compelled to apply to a ton of places because i didn't know how competitive i'd be coming from wayne. ended up going on 15 interviews all across the country. have a solid top 2, but from there i'm kind of at a loss...

watching oldest boy's hoops game and driving home in a pretty good snow storm - expecting a foot or more.  my kind of winter weekend.

and we got maybe 10" at the most.  hopefully double that and more this weekend.  i love the snow and this is the banana belt compared to the UP.

we have now devolved to having the whole family sing Christmas carols.  returning to the kitchen table in 3-2-1 to sing some more and read with them all.

Great Lake Christmas ale. Past years I haven't thought it is as good as the reputation says it is but this year I have to say I really am enjoying the recipe. Probably going to have to pick up some more for Christmas next week.

My old go-to at Ashley's when I lived in AA. Happened to find it for the first time in KC tonight at the liquor store across the street. Brings back good memories!
