5 years and $40 million later and this team still has an embarrassing terrible o line, a QB who can’t throw, RBs that can’t run, and Coaches who can’t coach and utilize what little talent they actually recruit.

It's not even close to being over ..... it's funny though as the coaches (both JH and DB) get the blame but players need to play. False starts and offsides etc etc doesn't help things. Dropping balls and our QB' just playing basically scared doesn't help. My only (and typical) complaint is .. put DM in at QB ... why not?
That is the only thing I see right now ( as far your post is concerned) is .... just GIVE DM a chance , heck, any other QB a chance. Just make the move. Shea is and has not been the answer this year. He plays like he is in a trance and freaked out or overwhelmed.

Fuck the Michigan man culture. "We must be dignified gentlemen and drink our wine with our noses in the air." I seriously think someone in the administration told him to, "calm his khakis down because we don't behave like that here at Michigan." Now he walks around like a zombie. I don't think any coach will succeed here until we cut the crap. We need to build a culture that's about being ruthless, aggressive, and bloodthirsty. This isn't the early 1900's anymore there's isn't going to be a "good on ya chap, let's go share a Brandy" after the game. That's not the same Harbaugh that showed up on campus 5 years ago.

I can get onboard this movement. Four massive blowouts in the last 8 games or so. Completely inept offense with a bunch of very experienced guys. JH looks like a shell of his intense self the first 2 years.
