I'm a month and a half from turning 30, teach middle school, and things like this make me feel 100 years old.  I have no idea what it means.  Kids ask me to do the same thing, but I just get to laugh and tell them to take a seat, where Jimmy almost has to do this stuff to get these kids.  Crazy!

Before people neg blast me, I'm sure he's having a good time with all of this, and I'm glad he is because I can't imagine Dantonio or Saban doing this!

Chesson dabs in the endzone after he returned the kickoff against NW.

I thought it was like a superhero-type pose, the way you throw your other arm back, like tossing your cape back.

And then I noticed peppers doing it throughout the season.

I thougth it looked cool, like a knight kneeling, or lowering his head,

Ummmm... A very simple Google search says this is not true at all. Basically, uninformed stoners think it is true. Roots in Atlanta hip hop with basically no meaning. Just a thing. Like almost any other dance... no meanings, hidden or otherwise.
