Here's a list of visitors for this weekend (LINK). It's still a pretty good group, even without Akers.

Thanks for sharing Magnus....yes that is quite an impressive list. Can't wait to see how this class shakes out.

It is a pretty good list, especially for this time of year. Lot of players still finishing there high school playoffs too.

Michigan to get as many 5* guys as possible, I always hope that every 5* kid doesn't want to play at OSU.
Hell I basically wish every kid didn't want to play at OSU.

He was a long shot at best. Ohio is the favorite I think.

If we get Harris, I don't think anyone will care.

Hope he doesn't go to OSU. I could see him going to Bama once Najee commits to the good guys.

I thought I saw somewhere that he had some kind of prior commitment come up?
November 18th, 2016 at 4:02 PM ^
maybe his prior commitment is a silent one
edit: I hear those can be deadly.

A few people have mentioned before that they think Akers is the better prospect despite Harris being the top ranked player; does anyone know what that's based on?
November 18th, 2016 at 4:38 PM ^
That's just, like, their opinion, man.

I'm guessing a shorter, lighter RB's highlights look better on film than a tall, heavy RB even if the larger player is more effective.

Some people don't like running backs that are 6'3", even though there are a fair number of examples of solid 6'3" running backs (Derrick Henry, Brandon Jacobs, Eddie George, etc.). The fact is that most kids get weeded out of playing RB when they're that height, but that doesn't mean the ones who stick can't be good.

and I think the coaches are putting all their eggs in the Harris basket, who we have a great shot at flipping his commit. Akers probably knows this also.
