Huge deal that's not huge. Early in the year this would've been tough, I'm actually interested to see if Allen can handle all 3 going into next season.

O'Neill hit plenty of straight on punts this year. Probably half of them to be honest. And everyone on that punt team minus a true freshman had the Hoke years. It's not going to be foreign to anyone.

Sucks in what will likely be a field position game.

Consistently pin Florida inside their own 20 and I don't think they can string enough plays together to score.

This game is going to be a Punting Exhibition. O'Neill's ability to drop punts inside the 20 would be a massive loss in this game. I'd argue this is the worst loss we could have in this one. Maybe Rudock being the only worse one.

to tear your knee up in practice! I wish him a speedy recovery and I'd like to see him punting in the NFL! I think Allen will do a good job punting.

I've coached special teams before and I can tell you it's common practice to have your kickers punting and punters kicking during special teams portions of practice.

Kenny Allen has very likely been practicing punting all year long. Whether or not Allen is any good at punter remains to be seen

Damn has there ever been a more eventful, roller-coaster ride, season for a UM punter? He has seen it all in his one and only year in AA.
