And I take my earlier comments back. It looks like Michigan is being accommodated well here. Good to see.

It pays to be the best team in the conference and a top 3 in the country. No reason for B1G to run Michigan ragged when they need as many B1G teams making a deep run in the tourney as possible to help out their conference reputation/prestige plus money.

That video actually would apply to the entire MSU season.

The only particularly frustrating change is playing Iowa Thu. instead of Wed. It makes for a very tight turn around to have to play at Indiana at noon Saturday. The rest was reasonable, though I would've preferred Fri/Sun vs MSU after a Tuesday game against Illinois.

I love the last two scheduled games!!!

Just please beat OSU on Sunday.
For fucks sake we need to beat them in something.

Beating Illinois and Ohio State may clinch it. I dont think any other teams are likely to catch us. Loss to Iowa for example means nothing other than seeding.

I think top to bottom we are better than OSU and Iowa. If I had to say right now which B1G team has the best chance to win it all, I would say Illinois. They have that experienced guard who can just take over. That’s the game I’m most looking forward to (sans the back to back ass beatings of MSU we will give)

As the mods have said, I don’t understand how OSU is where it is when you really look at their numbers. They’re only really good at a handful of things, which is not something you’re supposed to say about a top-5 team, but this has gone on long enough that you can’t plausibly explain it away as a fluke.
They’ve beaten Illinois and Iowa, so it’s not like their win column has been padded with nothing but Penn States and Nebraskas.

OSU has a impressive 9-3 Q1 record which is a big reason why they're the 4th #1 seed. They have rose to the competition level. I believe two of their losses were without Liddell.

I like the updated schedule, we got Iowa and Illinois here and only once. There’s a lot of whinging going on in this thread.

Yes, the complaints are a little much, given we all should be grateful that it still takes 2 losses in the remaining games for Michigan to miss being champions this year if Illinois wins out, 3 losses otherwise. If we are at full strength in all 6 games, we won’t lose more than one.

I know MSU sucks this year but that single play against them at Breslin honestly scared me a bit. I'm glad they get to play Staee at home first. Feel much better about the return game now.

Only a day's rest/recovery after Ill on March 2nd. Not going to be easy but Juwan and company will be up to it. Go Blue!

one day rest? It's two days in between games so I don't see the issue there
