Additional and important story on Strample.
Engler's primary responsibility is to make sure nothing happens to Izzo and Mork. Everyone else on that campus will be a fall guy to make sure those 2 keep their jobs.
Bingo. And I would argue that the entire rape cover-up culture evolved to protect the preciouses to begin with. Nassar was able to operate under its protection.
If anyone deserves the death penalty, it's MSU, and yet my cynicism leads me to believe they won't be penalized nearly enough.
F#CK MSU, but why do the Meridian Twp Police get totally ignored with all of this ? They had a detailed complaint about Nassar in 2004 and completely dropped the ball with zero follow-up. The outrage toward the MSU authorities absolutely justified, but should Mark Hollis be held to a higher standard than a police department who has a direct responsibility to protect the public ?
I remember watching a documentary on Mexican drug trafficking in which the officers suggested that the Mexican government itself had squashed further inquiry because it was beginning to look bad for elected officials...
Considering the craziness of MSU's apparent culture of rape and covering up, the political figures working to "clean up the mess", the BOT still being there despite votes of no confidence... I'm wondering just how far reaching the rot is. It could very well involve the police and prosecutors. In fact, it might go further up the political ladder than that. After all, a prosecutor dropped charges on Adrian Payne after watching that interogation video...
I'll admit that I love conspiracies, but this is a regular Stanley Kubrick film at this point.

Does anyone else sense that the AG suspects MSU of destroying evidence? That's why they used the "time sensitive tip" to get a warrant to confiscate the computer they already requested be handed over?
