TUSCALOOSA -- It hasn't been announced officially yet, Alabama coach Nick Saban said tonight on his radio show, but he announced it anyway:
Alabama will play Michigan in 2012 in Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas.
Senior Denard! A bunch of guys who haven't been cut from Alabama and are therefore badass! SATURDAY! SATURDAY! SATURDAY! IN THE JERRYDOME!

Brandon's pimp hand strikes again.
Yes, our road schedule that year is brutal, but a game like this gets so much more hype / exposure for our program. Assuming that our offense continues to improve and solidify and that by then we actually have a defense (which we should, because by then, all of these young DBs will be experienced), this could be a matchup of top 10 (dare I say top 5?) programs. The hype, exposure of this neutral-venue game will be over the top. Talk about a boon to recruiting . . .

No, a real pimp hand move would be to get Bama to come to Ann Arbor. Anyone could have taken Jerry Jones's money. I like Brandon overall, but he could have done better here.

At least we're debating it. If Bill Martin was still around, we'd be getting more MAC and 1-AA teams.
