You're welcome, enjoy!

Thanks.
Just re-watched the first half. Don't see where we got out hit. In fact we did very well on the lines, especially defense. When they did get a couple runs it was guys out of position.

I think the refs went light on the holding calls b/c of the massive early lead we built in the 2nd quarter. The McCray hold was pretty obvious on their long td run.

Yes. Coach could have put 75 up if he wanted to.

Thanks for posting this. Random question, but does anyone know what song is playing at 29:09? Based on the vocals (when I was at the game, you can't really hear them in the broadcast), it sounded like AC/DC, but I'm not positive. It's been bugging me since last week trying to figure it out.

the song is from kiss and is usually played at JLA during red wings games https://youtu.be/iZq3i94mSsQ?t=15s

You know, it sounds similar to Detroit Rock City (I'm familiar with the song), but I don't think that's what it is (it's admittedly hard to hear from the broadcast, but hearing it live the past two weeks it sounds different). This is why I'm so stumped...

BTW I thought Braden did better than Bredeson. Bredeson needs to improve strength and positioning. Understandable for a freshman.

I will add one more thing. Who in the history of college football is a better open field tackler than Jabrill Peppers? He goes turbo mode and makes a great tackle every time. Amazing.
I'd like to see a highlight film from this game alone.

I came away disappointed after watching the game today .... I saw things that were "Hokeish" lack of containment on the corners, inability to stop a dual threat QB I am concerned now for what lies ahead vs tosu, MSU and Wisconsin Hoping it was just a bad day rather a sign of things to come and even worse against upcoming better opponents

Success against this defense will be getting to the outside. If I can see it then that means it's obvious and every opponent in the future is hoping that we don't get that fixed until after their game with us.. I guarantee it. The only time to try the middle is twice a quarter to keep them honest. The results of trying to break contain on the outside have resulted into easy first downs or TD's.

When I watched the replay of the first bomb to Chesson yesterday, I thought he was running about 3/4 speed until the ball was in the air. Then it looked like he noticeable sped up. But I didn't see it on the replay today, looking for confirmation. Did anyone think that? The play is at 10:05 on the video. Yesterday, my thought was that he had it for a TD if he ran full speed, but I'm not sure about that now. Thoughts?
Also, I'll give credit to UCF - they played hard, and played fast. I thought they were much better than Hawaii athletically, and had a better game plan. It looks to me that Frost will have them winning some games if they keep playing like that.

It's subtle, but it may have been the difference between a TD and an incompletion. The way you can see it is to watch Chesson's shoulders. If your shoulders are turned back to the ball, you can't run full speed. You can see that Chesson is turned a little bit, and then realizes the ball is going over his head and squares his shoulders back up to try to get under it.

Definitely some concerns with the defense and this game will give Indiana and OSU some valuable film, but it's early and we should shape up as the season goes on.
