Malzone and Brian Cole have enrolled
Courtesy of James Joseph Harbaugh in the thread two items down. What are the odds that Harbaugh registered an account on here after creating his Twitter account, knowing that nobody would believe it to be him? That would be some Bill Murray shit, and I choose to believe it as fact until proved otherwise.

I deserve some down votes.
Cole is the first scholarship football player from Heritage I believe. Either way, coming from Saginaw myself, it's good to see some positives. Saginaw and Flint have had it bad for years.

I have Nouvel connections too, in that they kicked my ass two years in a row. Standout MSU receiver Blair White is the last guy I can remember coming out of there.

Have a feeling we may be hearing some Malzone to Cole in the next few years. If Cole ends up on the offensive side of the ball of course.

I know Malzone is local and I believe Cole is out of Saginaw, so at least they are familiar with the weather that will greet them on campus in addition to everything else.
In all seriousness, excellent additions to the team. Rather excited to see both of them contribute at some point.

You're not being a realist, you're being an argumentative prick.

While also saying it's too soon to judge him, yes. You're speaking out of both sides of your mouth.

"Wait and see how he pans out, then we will chat."
That works both ways, genius. We have no idea how he'll turn out. He's yet to even actually have a chance to succeed or fail, yet you're already declaring him overrated. As well as implying he'll likely amount to not much at all. Take your own advice and wait to see how he pans out at the collegiate level.

While I agree that the site has become a bit too insular in its handling of contrarian opinions, your comments come across like you have an axe to grind. Maybe you know something the rest don't but even so, what you know is about a kid in high school. People can grow up and change. We'll see what the coaching staff does with him, but in the meantime he just enrolled and it would seem appropriate to wish him success.

How many football players do you scout a year? What do you look for when grading a high school player? How much film do you watch?

Oh, we've got plenty of contrarians too. Looks like it's your day to wear that hat.
