META: Hello: Adam "New Heiko" Schnepp
BEHOLD, your new press-overlord has arrived.
Tremendously excited to announce I've accepted the Press Correspondent position with @mgoblog
— Adam Schnepp (@aeschnepp) August 7, 2014
Just a reminder that we get to blame him when coaches give answers we don't like.
According to his Twitter bio. If he's half as good at his Heiko role as he is at writing hockey diaries, we'll be in good hands.
Upvoted to counter whatever bum decided to downvote you.
is he a doctor or a lawyer or is he only going to get poached by Sports Illustrated next year?
Tweeting from the future, woah.
Seriously though, welcome aboard! I'm at the Beilein stage with this blog where I don't really bother to look into the new hires too much because the blog has such a great track record that I'm already sure they'll be great.
Is he a 5 star?
Stars dont matter. It is all about correspondent development.
Will the answer to that give you an inkling on whether he will commit?
Now we just have to get him to charm Nuss and before you know it, BOOM, Mgoblog is running the Michigan offense.
From everything I've heard coming out of practice, trying to charm Nuss will result in multiple f-bombs and your head being bitten off.
So, if Adam can get anything from Nuss and live, that would be wonderful!

"I'm not talking about any damn bubble screens!"
in 2013 - "I'm not talking about any damn bubble screens...."
in 2014 - "Would you like fries with that....
Welcome Adam.
And good detective work justingoblue, I'm MGoBlueline on the boards (for the time being).
unless it was linked in your (recently updated) bio, no worries.
I look forward to reading your reports.

I'd imagine that will take care of itself.
What's up, champ?
How do you post this without a 40 time, his vertical, and his shuttle time?
August 6th, 2014 at 10:04 PM ^
electronic times only - we have people here with delicate sensibilities.

How's his (writing) pad level?
It is imperative that Adam ask Nuss what the word of the day is at his first presser.
Congrats!
If MGoBender above is right, the word of the day will be "fuck-off".

I don't know if it's been reported on here or not, but I've heard from people within closed practices that I 100% trust. He puts RichRod's staff's mouths to shame. If only one "Fuck" is hurled your way, consider yourself lucky.
So you're saying he does have more than a single fuck to give.
(It's actually an interesting tidbit, since Nussmeier doesn't seem like a heavy cusser at press conferences, etc.) I like commitment and passion, and so long as the cussing doesn't get in the way of building the players up, it bothers me not a whit.
Reminds me of a Boston Terrier.
Well, well.....we picked up a good one and a noted diarist in MGoBlueline to cover this most important connection in the MGoBlog world. Welcome to the front lines of the MGoWorld, Adam!
If they give you mod powers (which they likely will), remember that I have a stockpile of YouTube vidoes and various avatars which can be used as irreverent replies to people should you have occasion to need them.

He's got a point, New Heiko.
Wonderful! Welcome! I look forward to reading your write-ups.
As an aside, I wonder what Nussmeier's equivalent is to Borges' "Bubble Screen"?

When do you interview Nuss?
Thad did not warn me to buckle up.

Congratulations! Go Blue!
Welcome aboard. You have your boiler plate questions regarding the use of bubble screens prepared I hope?
