Hello: Stephen Loszewski
All day today, the football program has been hosting Stephen Loszewski for his Make A Wish.
The whole day has been filmed by ESPN and will be shown next month on Sportscenter during their "My Wish" segment.
Per @umichfootball, he has just committed to Michigan.
Desmond Howard was there
Pos bang this!
Can't think of a better Pos Bang thread
The 15 year old kid that won Gold at Austin X Game skate board Big Air had a Make-A-Wish kid with him. Was nice to watch that unfold on live TV.
woohoo... 6 star recruit!!!
This is an amazing day for him and it's really incredible what Michigan has done for him along with ESPN. I have to give ESPN credit for once. This is the Michigan difference.
Sam Webb has several tweets here.
People will forget what you said & what you did but they will never forget how you made them feel! w/ @DesmondHoward pic.twitter.com/Mfat1t6c13

on the left? Outstanding!
I sent a text to my friend who is a NIKE collector. I would like a pair myself.
This is awesome. La Galaxy did something like this where they "signed" a kick to a contract.
Very, very cool.
Also in the locker room pic, Chris Fox (in the back I think??), is a large human.
It would've been hilarious (and awkward) if he hadn't picked the Michigan hat here
Sweet story though. Glad to see us do something like that
Kid has no other offers. Do not want. /s
Seriously, must be an awesome day for the young man. Good luck!
Have to admit I'm laughing at myself because I saw this on Twitter and spent 10 minutes trying to figure out who this new mystery recruit is.Finally realized it's a Make A Wish story.Good job for all who made his wish come true.
Absolutely love stuff like this. Props to Michigan, ESPN, and Make-A-Wish. Most importantly, best of luck to Stephen and his family in their continued fight.
This is simply awesome. I don't know if there is another word.
I really do like that the program goes out of its way to be part of the community in this way and that, once again, players past nd present come together to make the day of someone like this. He will probably never forget this day, and as for the commitment, it is definitely great to see folks commit to the good guys. I will eagerly await the special as well.
ND, MSU, OSU and Michigan hats on the table during his commit. Good to see a Midwest kid ignoring the glitz of the SEC, USC, and FSU and staying true to his roots.
Even if he never sees this, it's an awesome idea.
Devotee - how do you embed photos into the OP? For future reference - thanks. You beat me to the punch on this by a minute or three - been enjoying watching it on twitter!
Also - does anyone know his backstory?
Same way you do in a post.
Just drag and drop or use the "image" function.
This is just simply amazing! Its great to be a Michigan Wolverine!
Kudos to everyone involved.
I hope they didn't hand-time his 40.
I love this program.
And not at all surprised that Desmond was there. One of the most amazing people I have ever met and a truly great ambassador for Michigan.
no doubt, 21 is a stand up dude and great ambassador for the program and university, he loves it and truly understands how um difference impacted his life. might not agree with all hokes decisions/approaches, but everyones gotta love seeing hoke and crew use their platform and resources to do things like this - especially considering they constantly perform similar acts of kindness which are not captured on film or put out there. excellent work.
also huge props to gardner as well...hes always involved in these type activities and typically runs point on many, not to mention his solo gigs. the dude always has a smile on his face and really seems to enjoy it all. even if he were not the teams best player or current face of program tasked with some these things, hed likely still make just as big of an impact. i think he picked the correct major.
and often make a wish participants are terminal but sounds like this kid has good shot at remission given his leukemia and current status. best of luck brother. hopefully the admin brings him in for home game this fall!
the Michigan Difference.
Good luck in your ongoing battles Mr. Loszewski & welcome to Michigan!
Hats off to Hoke and Team 135 (that's the number we're on, right?)
SUCK IT URBAN MEYER!
That is so awesome.
What an incredible read-appreciate the share.
30 min ago by a girl I really like and this story made me smile. Thank you so much Stephen for helping me put things in perspective. My heart is out to you and congratulations on becoming a wolverine. Go blue!
Wise man.
Michigan won the Frozen Four in 1996. It colored my whole appreciation of the win. You're doing well. Keep your chin up.
This is the Michigan difference.
What type of illness is he struggling with? I hope his battle with whatever it is goes well!
which was worn last season by Frank Clark.
Does this possibly mean Clark is going to be wearing #11?? Or maybe even #21???!
/s
Seriously, though, the sheer awesomeness of Stephen's verbal commitment is...AWESOME!
I'd say he fits The Pattern
