Every time I hear one of them speak, see their teeth, or watch their body language in interviews I'm reminded of how very middle and upper-middle class Michigan's football players are.

Observation, no judgement. There are several I most certainly would like date my theoretical daughter (based purely on their observed behavior).

Boy, I wish I could've caught him doing it. I'd have given anything to catch that a**hole doing it. It'd been worth him doing it just so I could've caught him doing it.

If we change our unis to look like that, can our WRs then slip more easily into coverage seams? Might be worth a try, no?

Also, I'm loving that our NIL dollars buy Camaros and not Lambos. But? Blake, ma man, you really want AWD for Ann Arbor winters. Really!

A quick google search says that stolen cars are recovered roughly 20% of the time, but if someone was bold/stupid enough to steal something like this then they also might be bold/ stupid enough to stay in SE Michigan. Hopefully this increases his chances of finding it - stolen cars are usually driven several states away to be sold.

Damn, that's crazy. I've had a car stolen once before, I guess I didn't realize how lucky I got. Police found it within 5 hours in my case.

It is a horrible, shitty feeling to walk out expecting your car to be where you left it and have it be gone, knowing it wasn't towed. Wouldn't wish it on anyone. I ended up selling that car not long after almost solely because of how violated I felt. I couldn't drive it anymore without feeling really weird about it.

I bought a truck about a month ago and was a little annoyed at one of the add-ons; they automatically put Lojack on every vehicle on the lot. Over the last 2 years between all their locations they’ve lost over $2 million in theft alone.

Still pissed me off a bit that they automatically tack on $900 for 3 years of LoJack without noting it on the sale price, but blew my mind nonetheless.

Buy it from a used car lot?

Only asking because my Dad's buddy was the sales manager for a used car lot in a not so wholesome part of Detroit... every car they financed for a buyer got LoJacked so that as soon as 2 or 3 payments were missed they could have it repo'd... they also helped out the cops a few times when they were trying to track someone down...

three things:

1.  most importantly, the article says surgery was 12/2 and that as of 1/9 he was still on crutches!   that is a big deal.

2.  the article says NIL money, but a couple of sentences later says its a 2017 that is parents bought him.

3.  that's a very targeted theft, not random, not one bit.  i am not familiar with the 2017 starting engineering (calling mgocarguys, jeepin ben, and other luminaries), but i would guess a screw driver won't do it.   you need an electric 'multi-code' device to get the chips ready to fire up.
