So what are we going to do this whole summer?
February 19th, 2012 at 9:37 PM ^
...maybe gif us another .gif worthy video?
February 19th, 2012 at 9:39 PM ^
wow.....at a loss for words
February 19th, 2012 at 9:43 PM ^
Good luck on running out of Urban's spread. You could have been running behind the best O-line in the country for four years. Poor choice young man.
February 19th, 2012 at 9:48 PM ^
Hey Ty, we're waiting!
Where else are going to find a non-running QB that won't eat up your yards and an all-star OL (2012 AND 2013)?
Pick Michigan, if nothing else, it's a smart business decision.
February 19th, 2012 at 10:09 PM ^
Would we rather have Issac or Ford?
February 19th, 2012 at 10:30 PM ^
At this point, I can't believe there won't be two RBs we can't turn down that will sign up to run behind this line. Wow!
February 20th, 2012 at 2:12 AM ^
While general board sentiment seems to be with Isaac, I like Ford better than Isaac. This has more to do with what film I've seen of the two. I really haven't seen Isaac face contact. He's just running by people on that same play over and over again. Oh, and I don't consider running over HS DBs that impressive either.
I've seen Ford do that. He's got nice cuts and good speed. Either one will be a good get. I haven't looked at Derrick Green's film, but don't count out Deveon Smith. That kid is a powerhouse. He doesn't have the speed of Isaac, but he's got power. I like him a lot. You really can't go wrong with any of these guys though.
The key thing is I haven't seen Isaac run over/through guys. I'll have to review his film and see.
February 19th, 2012 at 9:43 PM ^
You down with LTT? Yeah, you know me!
February 19th, 2012 at 9:47 PM ^
RBs should be drooling to play with this O line
February 19th, 2012 at 9:48 PM ^
Your offensive line has been constructed. Time for you to Go Blue and run behind them.
February 19th, 2012 at 9:48 PM ^
That picture looks more like a linebacker under Hoke then an offensive lineman.
February 19th, 2012 at 9:48 PM ^
step aside saban
February 19th, 2012 at 9:51 PM ^
Everyone thought he was just going to kick the extra point today after yesterday's six, but he went for two.
February 19th, 2012 at 9:53 PM ^
Just WTF is going on here? It's February 2012....what gives?
February 19th, 2012 at 9:53 PM ^
Ty Issac just tweeted "Wow".
Time for you to hop on board, Ty!
February 19th, 2012 at 10:08 PM ^
He may have been referring to his visit to Auburn...
February 19th, 2012 at 10:13 PM ^
He was surprised that Craig James left the hookers in Ty's room alone and didn't murder them in his endless path of destruction.
February 19th, 2012 at 9:57 PM ^
Am I the only one who thinks Kate Upton might have a little something to do with this? These kids surely are Sports Illustrated subscribers...
February 19th, 2012 at 10:05 PM ^
She doing favors for Michigan?
February 19th, 2012 at 10:00 PM ^
MT @sitdown248 Dantonio should have let Coach Heck finish his Michigan recruting technique presentation. Could have learned a thing or two.
February 19th, 2012 at 10:02 PM ^
February 19th, 2012 at 10:07 PM ^
I don't want to fixate on nonMichigan fanbases, but the Ohio fanbase is like damn Urban can't recruit better than Michigan, and Sparty is like how is Dantonio gonna turn enough 3 stars into all Americans to keep up with that haul in Ann Arbor.
February 19th, 2012 at 10:15 PM ^
"This wasn't unexpected, but what the heck are they saying to these kids to get them to commit so quickly??? Never seen anything like it."
and followed by, "LTT makes it 8 for last year and this year so far, or what Bollman would call a good 5 year haul."
but then they return to form...(but I will admit, they do have more rational commenters than I expected)
"Who cares who they landed this weekend. They need these O-Line recruits to have a prayer against the D-Line haul Ohio State has been landing. Urban is a better recruiter and he's better on X's and O's. Michigan can have the 2nd best recruiting, 2nd best coach, and 2nd best record every year. We aren't playing for second."
Absolutely unREAL!
February 19th, 2012 at 10:26 PM ^
I read one on RCMB that claimed that OSU and UM's recent recruiting surges didn't matter because MSU has the best coaches in the B1G.
February 19th, 2012 at 11:42 PM ^
Do they even know that we now have Urban's old D coordinator?? Somebody should really tell them. That's half of his x's and o's right there.
Also, I really enjoyed a tweet on TVHs page saying none of these recruits had offers from Ohio anyway, and he was immediately informed that in fact several of them had offers. I don't think they even look at what is actually happening on the recruiting trail. They just assume they're the best every year. Uncontested champion of uninformed fanbases.
February 19th, 2012 at 10:09 PM ^
hey everybody this has nothing to do with recruits but that dumb rule doesnt allow me to start a new thread soooo.........:
ek43 thats me aka that cool guy that found lloyd brady in the sugarbowl fancam, well gues what???
i found lloyd brady again on the fancam from yesterday night, just thought i should let you all know!
February 19th, 2012 at 10:11 PM ^
Here is the link if anybody wants it Michigan Basketball FanCam presented by Coke Zero
February 19th, 2012 at 10:11 PM ^
Is this the best February ever in recruiting?
February 19th, 2012 at 10:12 PM ^
Welcome to the family guys (in order): Kyle, Wyatt, David, Jourdan, TACO, Chris, Jake, and LTT. My only question is this, has there ever been so many commits such a short span ever in the history of college sports. The five fighting Sullivans are the only thing I can think of that comes close!!!
February 19th, 2012 at 10:18 PM ^
This is like Texas's Junior days when Mack was winning.
February 19th, 2012 at 10:16 PM ^
Is this heaven?
No, it's Michigan. Fergodsakes.
February 19th, 2012 at 10:18 PM ^
Shallman for Heisman 2015!!
February 19th, 2012 at 10:37 PM ^
With Shallman at TB, AJ at TE, and this ridiculous OL we're putting together we are going to grind the rest of the B1G into a fine paste (not to mention all of the 6'2-6'5 receivers we're looking at). Totally a 180 from the RR days, lets get ready for some serious MANBALL!!
February 19th, 2012 at 10:28 PM ^
Why did i watch Walking Dead tonight? I knew i would miss LTT commit. Pleasant surprise after the show though.
February 19th, 2012 at 10:41 PM ^
That was a great episode though.
February 19th, 2012 at 10:38 PM ^
I leave the blog for 8 hours and this happens?! Hoke poops gold.
February 19th, 2012 at 10:39 PM ^
but I just can't focus at all right now. I'm just too goddam giddy and excited. Best middle of February weekend ever.
February 20th, 2012 at 12:34 AM ^
I just shat myself
February 20th, 2012 at 1:09 AM ^
I think Hoke has changed the tide on the rivalry. Hell people in Ohio are starting to believe him. Never in a million years I would have thought that. Getting eight 4-stars to commit in one weekend is a good start.
February 20th, 2012 at 1:20 AM ^
This is a great article on Logan from Sam Web
http://www.detroitnews.com/article/20111222/OPINION03/112220439
and what is really extra great about it is if you page down to the bottom and people are giving positive and encouraging comments about Logan, and his mom posts a couple of times to thank people. That is really nice to see in this day and age, the way the internet can be nasty....
February 20th, 2012 at 7:20 AM ^
4 offensive lineman already in this class....now that is what i love to see. 2 guards and 2 tackles. This OLINE haul is already better then last years and if we get Pocic it may be the best for any 2013 class this year. Hope we get him and can move Dawson or Fox to center.
