There are people that add a ton of cubes to 80 proof whiskey to make it smooth. My first adventures in the whiskey world I thought 80 proof was plenty bitey. We just did a 143 proof Jack Daniels hazmat project back in a barrel to age a bit more. It was incredibly smooth (yes we have issues) already with a grape bomb note to it.
*Less sacrificing of quality. I think I need to try it but speed aging brings out some funky flavors. Its an imperfect science. Thing is I love all the science and experimentation of it so its right up my alley.

I think USC and Oregon's days of Heisman hopeful QBs may be numbered. They will play 3-4 legit defenses a year. Which is 3-4 more than usual. If Caleb Williams had problems with ASU and Washington St. its going to be a real challenge for them going forward.

At 30 minutes a game that seems reasonable. He was big and could board though. Before becoming an elite shooter his was a hell of a rebounder.
