Gach HAS committed to UM over MSU, OSU and Wisky.
Gach HAS committed to UM over MSU, OSU and Wisky.
...and Kentucky.
Kentucky is saving their money to see if we have anything better to offer them from our recruiting class.
and everybody. 247 shows 40 offers.
Great who is next?
I wish I could be this excited. I used to be. But now unlimited transfers and unchecked roster tampering has taken the joy out of it.
I hear ya but this kid is from Birmingham and is probably a life long fan. This one will probably stick to being a Wolverine!
Parents both graduated from State so I don’t think he was a lifelong fan but Seth could tell us.
Well sometimes you just have to learn from your parents mistakes.
Mine did too, and I grew up in Lansing. And my uncles are old school legends at MSU. I was still like, "fuck Sparty." Still am. Ya never know.
Correct. This was logic over emotion.
So two wrongs do make a right?
Let's Fucking Go!!!!
This is great news. Go Blue!
Committed to continuing what has already been built in Ann Arbor!!
Offensive linemen, we look at as weapons.
Can we borrow this mantra although it's a post-Michigan Harbaughism?
Sherrone played in two BCS championship games as an OG and coached 2 Joe Moore award winning lines. Prospects are very good
Harbaugh is using Harbaughisms from Michigan at the Chargers so we might as well!
Tip of the spear
Now we just need to flip Underwood, and we'll have the top 3 recruits in the state!
Wouldn’t hold my breathe on BU. I think Moore solidifying at lsu helps them out with him
Meh, let him get paid by LSU this year to ride the pine, then pick him up in the transfer portal at a discounted rate.
Underwood will do exactly what Ewers did at Ohio State. Sit a year and collect a ton in NIL, and transfer somewhere. Ideally that is us, but who knows.
Would be nice but the chances of that are nil.
How the official didn’t join in and bust a move is incredible discipline.
Possibly the fastest man ever to the 25 yard line.
Great news to start off the weekend!
Gacha!
Hell yeah! A few more and we'll be the next Kentucky.
You cant compete with that kind of basketball NIL money... oh wait.
Welcome you awesome "Dirt Bag" of an OT!
If you listened to Sam Webb this mornning you'll know why he called him a dirt bag. It's a GOOD THING.
Gach SMASH!
Is he perhaps…a…teenage dirtbag???
Yes I’m getting older
I've got two tickets to Iron Maiden, baby.
Every Jewish Michigan alum living in the Birmingham/Bloomfield/Franklin area is kvelling right now! Mazel tov to Avery and his family for choosing to Go Blue!
Berkley, Huntington Woods, and Oak Park too.
Wise choice, young man. You'll like playing football in January.
L’Chaim!
Avery Gach's commitment brings the total number of Michigan commits to five (5) for the '25 class.
It seems to me that there are two aspects to this - the number of commits and the quality (rating) of those committed players.
When you look at the "average 247 rating" of Michigan's class - it's ranked ninth in the country - at 92.26 points / commit. At this moment - it places Michigan third in the B1G - behind O$U (who leads the country) with an average of 94.70, and Oregon (third in the country) at 94.07. USC is tenth at 92.08.
Only ten teams have an average player rating above 92 points - and, it does seem to tell a story about the future of college football and conferences. Of those ten teams with average player rating above 92 - four (4) are in the B1G - four are in the SEC - and two are in the ACC. No Big 12 team cracks the list.
The four B1G teams - in order - are: O$U, Oregon, Michigan, and USC. From the SEC: LSU, Texas, Georgia, and Alabama. The ACC teams are: Florida State and Clemson.
Only one team from that Top Ten average player ranking has fewer commits than Michigan - that team is Florida State with four commits. Oregon and Texas have six commits. Georgia has eight. The other five teams (with their current commit totals) have at least ten commits - they are: O$U (13), LSU (12), Clemson (11), Bama (10), and USC (12).
I look forward to Gaching opposing defenses. Smash!
I've watched this too many times and still cant figure out wtf I'm looking at.
Seems like a fun night out but not a long term deal.
Nor me. I've figured out she's kinda cute. Does she somehow end up holding a hot dog bun?
It's weird seeing commitments and not even a placeholder Hello post.
No time for that with the Hockey content explosion
Building the next Joe (Sherrone) Moore winning OL. Love it!
Go Blue! SMASH!
