Seems like they’d discipline the people who were using Stallions data, likely the coordinators. They can punish Harbaugh because it all falls under his responsibility though? 

I don’t really care either way. Just confused by the outrage over this but the dismissal of Michigan’s allegations. If 5 teams are found to have cheated and stole signs that goes against the rules, then they should be punished (including Michigan). 

Did they record these signs and send staff to dozens of games? I don’t think it said that?

If this game was at home I could see -10 / -11 or so. I think the margin of victory for whoever will win will be 2 scores. 

I think the line is that low because Vegas doesn’t really know how good either team is. Plus I bet they’re looking for that Michigan money.

Game is probably harder when they don’t know every play Purdue is running. I’m sure Michigan will pull away in the second half easily though.

I was at the Pistons game Saturday and the atmosphere was amazing. Hopefully they can far exceed expectations that were put out there by various critics.

Good for the athletic department, this is bad PR for Michigan and if he is cheating why would they pay him?

Being critical of his record prior to beating OSU in 2021 was / is absolutely warranted. 

I wonder if TCU assumed Michigan might have figured out their signs from game footage provided to them? 

Or if TCU knew about the illegal setup of sending scouts to other opponents to record footage (makes it seem like Michigan wasn’t good at keeping it a secret if that’s true).

I’m a fan and alum but I’m also intellectually honest which is definitely not a requirement which is definitely evident by the posting since these allegations came out. 

Where does it say this? Did I misread where it said this data was illegally obtained? 

That’s fine I just don’t think the University and most of its fan base is ready to give up the “morality police” moniker they’ve established.

If I was an NFL GM I’d have Williams and Penix highest on my list. JJ would be in the I don’t know how good he really is yet category. If he beats PSU and OSU and has a good game while doing so he can be in the Heisman talk. 

I think there’s so many haters because Michigan as a whole likes to claim itself as moral superiority to everyone else and then to do a complete 180 the last few years regarding allegations and cheating.

Makes us rational fans confused on who we dislike more, the rival fans being annoying about literally everything or the super loyal fan who defends everything the university does.

Why would you pay more money to a cheater? He’s going to Pete Carrol the team and head to the NFL after this season anyways. So likely trying to win at all costs because whatever happens to Michigan he’ll be gone, and instead of blaming him most of the fans will be blaming the NCAA.
