As good as Schoon and All were, I’m more excited to see how a Loveland-Bredeson pairing will work the next two seasons. Seems like this position group somehow just keeps getting better every year
It was kind of enjoyable to finally watch a close game.
But Michigan had their two best tight ends, two best running backs, and best edge out. All cornerstone positions for how this team is built. Any victory that doesn't risk health or putting too much on film is a success. 11-0
Once Michigan gets the lead, which it seems they do first often, they can run the clock out running the ball. It eats up time and tires out the defense. Once the other team gets the ball back, they have to pass and score quickly because it could be a long time before they get the ball again. But Michigan’s pass rush and defensive backs make passing really hard. The offense and defense are both excellent units individually, and they compliment each well. It usually takes until the second half for them to really start feeding off each other, but they start setting it up early in the game. I love to see them smash the ball up the middle on the first few drives because I know what’s in store for the defense in the second. And if they do run into trouble, I think JJ has the talent to bail them out. This team is finally looking like the powerhouse Harbaugh has been trying to build since he got here. Can’t wait to see them progressing through the year.
What a stupid ass comment. Juwan did not start it alone, a lot of people escalated that situation. And if I’m a student athlete, (which I was in college) and another teams coach is attacking me and my coach just stood there and watched like you said you would, I would never play for you again
Yeah, I’ve been in hundreds of post game handshake lines and I’ve never seen someone pull some out of the line like Wisconis coach did to Howard. I’m not saying he’s right, but I would have a hard time staying calm if someone just did that me. Especially right after a road game where your team had a chance to win if they didn’t shoot like ass in the in the second half
It could also be Michigan scouted these players better than recruiting services, and now since they’ve had more time to look at all the players high school careers, the recruiting rankings are more accurate.
That’s disgusting. Absolutely pathetic for adults to be treating kids like that. Especially ones that they’re supposedly responsible for their well being.
So we can’t have statues to honor and remember good people and their hard work, simply because bad people have also existed around the same time as them? That’s a pretty weak argument. Can you explain why you’re so against a George Jewett statue?
