The Athletic Director could be so much better and more likable/personable. Make no mistake, the success that we’ve had in athletics is in spite of Warde. Michigan has some tremendous built in advantages and rich history. If they hired someone talented for AD, look out.
Not to mention all the millions of contributions/donations, additional interest in the school from partners and potential students, alums, etc. of a successful winning football program. The benefits are significantly more than the salaries of the coaches. Looking at the net income of the AD in a silo is asinine
Serious question, what is the most effective way to get this message to Ono and the Regents? It needs to be relentless. They'll eventually make a decision to oust him if enough stakeholders (Michigan fans, alums, students) do not want him and realize there is a better path forward. A new AD needs to be in place before the next MBB search is conducted.
If you are relentless and the Michigan fan and alumni base continues to make it known via all platforms (social media, email, rallies, etc.), it will happen eventually.

Warde did not have a good handle on the situation and was desperate to no one's surprise. I wish Moore well, but he has NO head coaching experience, no organizational experience, leading teams, off season programs, player development, recruiting, etc. and was only OC for 2 years. He stepped in and did a fine job but it was Harbaugh's team and it was built from years of development and culture. We need a change with Warde first and it needs to happen now. Let the Regents and the President know in a polite manner, that we do not support Warde and he is going to continue to hurt our programs and is not the man for the job. He also has a track of record of losing a lot of games and putting a sloppy team on the floor that doesn’t play good team defense or box out for rebounds. Not sure why the AD is willing to accept it

Seems like JUB’s recent comments about the defensive concerns under Naurato are spot on. Hopefully these are issues they can address. Couldnt out talent a veteran and disciplined team and could have easily given up a couple more goals early on due to those defensive lapses

I would take my chances with a lot of guard players out there, he was not good in most capacities last season before the injury and lacked confidence and court awareness. Unless it’s for less than 5 minutes a game, it’s a bad sign for this program. Have little to no confidence in this coaching staff
Pipe dream but throw cash at Larranaga, the guy wins everywhere he goes. Even if he only coaches a few years, he’ll win games and the team will be competent for a change
I agree, my feelings on Barnes after watching him play was that of Zeb. Not a big loss. I’d encourage Llewelyn and T Will to find a home elsewhere to finish out college. Baker hasn’t been great, but think it’s worth the chance of bringing him back with his shooting potential. Everyone else you hope comes back and assume we lose a couple (including NBA). If we lose more than a couple and Juwan doesn’t make any big additions, than this won’t work out. He also needs to make changes to the staff. They aren’t getting it done two years straight.
I agree, his good season was due to mostly JB's roster (and probably all of JB's development of the players). This team gets worse each year and the team just doesn't look well coached. Hate the auto bench, worst case scenario the player gets 3 in the first half and fouls out early at some stage in the 2nd. Or they never even get the 4th foul and you play significant minutes with far lesser players and you lose anyhow

That’s probably why Frankie left, he probably saw it coming even if he was clearly the better option. Not saying Frankie wouldn’t have won the position but he may have lost confidence in the coaching
He doesn't look confident with the ball in his hands and struggles to get it over the timeline when pressured. He picks up the ball too often before having someone to pass to I would much rather have a PG who can penetrate, dish, get into the lane and put some pressure on defense even if they can't shoot (and Dug should be a step up from Zavier in that category). These are things that Dug will be able to help with eventually. I know it will be tough going for a bit, but the potential is there and I don't see it being a dropoff from the start.
This team has potential with Hunter and Jett. T Williams is what he is at this point. Bufkin seems to be getting better.

JUB is somewhat right about the lack of defensive discipline. They seemed to have more quality scoring chances after defensive mishaps.
Frankly, he needs to reevaluate his entire staff as the team looked like garbage
