He's a hell of a mauler, run blocking type, and I very much expect good thing from him in the future. However to me he lacks the freakish athleticism to make a impact immediately.
not sure how much daily practice time is allotted in college but I would definatly dedicate a short portion each day or a longer portion once each week to prepare for certain "plays and formations" not sure I'd ever say it's for any specific team... and it would always be their "plays and formations"
they are getting the rose bowl. agreed, I was the luckiest 13 year old kid in the world in 97' watching us win a National championship. but doesn't mean as much now
Shouldn't we expect more from Coach? I do! I have no idea how to coach at a college level. However, we should be ready for the basic things they are going to run from kick off not just in the second half. Haskins got COMFY dropping back there. He's a NFL game manager maybe. You are right about the O- line they ,for once, played up to thier potential. Our D-line did not. I hate this! WE GOT OUT COACHED!
Not to mention temps in the low 50's and their short passing game possibly up tempo offence after seeing what Indiana did to us and all the guys cramping up. I have tremendous faith in our defense but this is what scares me.
First time going to c-bus for The Game (and first ever mgoblog post!) We will be renting a car and requesting non Michigan plates. Do you have any other suggestions where to park and walk to the stadium? or possibly set up a grill and tailgate for an hour or so? We will be leaving early in the morning for a 3 hour drive. Also other the high st. are there any areas to definitely stay away from?
