I read the story and spelled out the wieght I think it deserves.
There was no new information regarding charges that were dropped 22 years ago. No new evidence, no new statements from the victim, police, or prosecutor. There was nothing to this story.
It's 7 counts of driving on a suspended license or with no license in the past 18 months. At least 10 total driving related charges, plus whatever he did the get his license suspended initially. From the article:
1. February 2016 - Driving with a suspended license
2. March 2016 - Speeding and suspended license
3. April 2016 - Leaving the scene of an accident and no license
4. July 2016 - Open container and no license
5. March 2017 - Driving with a suspended license
6. July 2017 - Driving with a suspended license
7. This incident
Agreed, not a good look for Mr. Ross, but I don't see why this makes UM look bad. The University shouldn't have any impact on the deductions claimed on his tax return.

They don't mention them when you sign up, but yes. 1024gb per month. It's not low like 250gb or anything.
Apologies if the 24/7 article doesn't have the charges. I saw this on r/cfb and assumed the same article was linked. http://www.lansingstatejournal.com/story/news/local/2017/10/19/michigan…
The offense is
Not Chad's fault the WRs dropped the ball. Haven't seen a spiral come at them in weeks.
