This really shows how special that Showdown in 1973 really was. Those were two total juggernauts on the field that day. Wish we had a far more conclusive result for that year other then a tie. But maybe that's what adds to the mystique of that matchup. Both teams were at such a high level that year that no one could reach a higher level play than the other
I think it's pretty clear though at this point the Mueller probe has been compromised. It's just common knowledge now and not really that political anymore
Were arguably the two best programs of the BCS-era (USC at least before Bama) as sad as it is to admit. Given that, hard to believe this is their first postseason matchup since 1985
Been around for 4 different coaches in football. I'd venture to say him, Sean Miller, Dana Altman, and Mark Few are the four coaches most likely to get to the Hall of Fame next. Really Beilein becomes a lock for it if gets an NC (not every who wins it all makes it too ie Kevin Ollie)
His damn mouth shut about politics now. After the protest yesterday (locking arms during the anthem), may it's high time I became a Clemson fan. This university is not representing my values as an American anymore. It's getting ridiculous what this leadership of this institution is letting these young men get away with and teaching them as well. I may still root for basketball because Beilein is a class act and doesn't get actively involved in politics, but I'm literally on the brink of this program losing me as a fan
I have bad thoughts pop up in my head all the time. Granted I have a severe mental disorder, but I have NEVER acted on them. I'm pretty sure I'm not alone
Why De'Veon Smith was so valued by Harbaugh as a lead RB. It wasn't his actual production in the run game, but rather that he could pick up a blitz in a heartbeat
This won't be the original cakewalk we all thought it was going to be. Purdue looks like the most improved team in the Big Ten, and I think their place will be actually be rocking for a change
Misandrist back at us too, don't you? Here's just a few I've viewed online that are quite frequently used: Toxic Masculinity, Patriarchy, Mansplaining, the list goes on and on. Difference is men are almost NEVER saying anything. We just take it on the chin and move on with our lives. Maybe women should take notes from us on that
Is my new favorite president of all time for his slap in the face to that scumbag university by picking Texas for the national title at the end of the regular season. Thank God for that, otherwise our greatest win ever in 1969 over OSU would have given Joe Pa his first national title
But even Bill Belichick would struggle there (at least winning at the level their fans want). The Big 12 style is dragging them down. It doesn't prepare them for the hard nosed non-con teams that can play defense and run the ball. But elsewhere Meyer is mostly right, you have to win with the hand you're dealt because those guys get the ball rolling in recruiting
Wins Big Ten, but misses Playoff, thereby getting Bama (but in the NY6 Cotton Bowl) in their bowl game that the Tide fails to get up for. Final outcome of the season: 12-2 record, beating all final four opponents who were ranked by double digits
But this is just blind bias for Nick Saban and Urban Meyer. I'm pretty sure if Ohio State and Florida State met on the field with their current rosters Florida State would win by 2 touchdowns
I personally think his favorite school is USC, which is why he's been Harbaugh's biggest mouthpiece even early on at Stanford. No doubt our fanbase is wary of analysts like him after mr.egghead from the SEC praised us originally with Harbaugh. But as long as the wins keep racking up, I think Cowherd's admiration for our program will continue

I heard that Hardaway is now shooting .400 from three for an extended period of time now. I mean...HOW?
Big fan of getting a LeVert jersey one day I think
That's a good stat I guess. But what about this one?

Just like the FBI now it seems
Next year than we think. Winovich is like the DL's version of Jordan Kovacs. Limited in size at times, but extremely blue collar

I have no clue why, with as good of a defense as we have, we can't force turnovers like Iowa
But hope Purdue wins. Really sucks we haven't beaten a winning record since Wisconsin last year.
Losing to Hoke by any margin is humiliating enough

Sounds like it needs to "Drain The Swamp"

Look at that efficiently high defense because of it

He was supposed to be the savior...
Goes to show how inept our society is at putting aside politics

Gonna come out with "Soaker Gun: The Rise, Fall and Return of Toys R Us"?
Make Ohio State regret not scooping him up
That's getting all the calls these days...

Had a dream about it so given how out of the blue it would be, you'll know I'm psychic at that point if it happens
We need to pay them back for how poorly they treated Les Miles at the end of his tenure
And racism towards Asians. Quite a surreal combination
Just how common the first name Robert and the last name Lee are? Ridiculous. ESPN might not exist as a standalone network in 4 years
Rivalry wins vs the FPI expectations play a role in the rankings. Not sure what more you want
We haven't beaten Ohio State in eons. Nothing else is suppose to matter /s

They don't get Dabo Swinney after this year
