Big Ben played about as hard as anyone can play. Not a highly skilled player but was a force on defense and rebounded like nobodys business. Its funny how we had Rodman who was the best all time rebounder. Then we had Ben Wallace who led the league I believe and now we have Drummond who is the best rebounder in the league
Good luck Brady! Oregon could have did a lot worse. I think that his recruiting will help Oregon on defense. If he improves the defense just a little then look out.
Only a dip shit for a coach would keep his starting running back in the game when he already had 30+carries is just plain stupid. Give someone else a chance to run the ball in.
Lets see how long they take to drag this one out. We all know that the NCAA picks and chooses what battles to fight. My guess is that UNC will not get hit as bad as Michigan did back after the Fab Five (Webber).
YPC against the defense has been low almost every game which puts less pressure on the secondary. I say the secondary has underacheived if anything. They could really use Peppers. I think he would provide a lot of energy. Hope he plays against State.
I just do not allow myself to worry about Beilein and his teams. He will coach em up no doubt. We are in good hands. Besides don't we have enough to worry about with the football team?
I liked it. Like I have always said. "anybody that can make me laugh is ok in my book." Don't lose that passion because you are always welcome at the Big House.
I used to relly like C-Webb. Now I find it harder and harder to even pay attention to anything he does. Just appologize already big guy and be done with it.

My first game at the Big House was when Anthony Carter was the man. I have been hooked ever since. Through thick and thin. I am a glass half full type of fan. Go Blue! We will be back!
Interesting. Schlissel is going to take his time with this. As a fan base I would hope that we all can respect that. The same would go for hiring a new AD if it comes to that.
I think Michigan would be higher if the coaches were just voting. They all know how good John B is. Anything out of the top 3 or 4 would be considered a dissapointment for fans and the coaching staff at this point. Beilien has proved that he can reload his teams as opposed to rebuilding. Book it Danno!
Bielema was great for Wisconsin as we all know. He was an interesting hire for Arkansas. I think its fair to say that its way too early to judge his sucess at Arkansas. Not off to a good start but he seems to be out of place there to say the least.
I agree with some of what you just said but..... If the little guy is never given a chance then how do we know if they could ever do the job? If you are good then you are good in my mind. I do agree that the Valley is more like a High School environment which would make Michigan a huge jump but hiring Selgo would be a slight gamble but could pay off big time if he could acheive just half of what he has at Grand Valley.
He would be a great hire. Just because he is not a household name does not mean that he could not do the job. I have lived in Grand Rapids for 25 years and Tim Selgo is very highly respected and has done an incredible job at Grand Valley.

There is not a player in the NFL that I root for more than Denard. I think he will be fine. He rarely if ever takes a direct hit. He is very slick.

The new AD should have zero excuses. Everything he needs to get the football program back where it belongs is already at UM ie facilties etc.....
