Ben is a topical choice for #53, seeing as how he played for Coach Moeller for his first two years. Love the linebackers who wore that number, Mel Owens, Shantee Orr, and Tom Cecchini. Cecchini studied to be a teacher at Michigan, and as such, did his student teaching at University High School here in Ann Arbor. He was my Phys. Ed. teacher when I was junior high there. A bulldog in shape and temperament.
