So Sir Yacht was wrong about it being a huge night for the Big Ten?

BenVom Dunks are my favorite dunks!

He was also wrong about the 10th, and the 17th. And 90% of the stuff he claimed or guaranteed.
All he knew was that the Big Ten was discussing playing in October.

Did he know that? Or was it one of his countless random predictions that just happened to be true? I can make dozens of outlandish claims, if one of them happens to come true that doesn’t mean I knew anything.

Are you running any promotions? I've stocked up with shea butter and it would help to get a potential discount on the membership.

Right now, zero... ESPN lists every game as 10/24.

I mean, if you truly want to open the season with a bang, it has to be the Axe Body Spray Bowl in East Lansing, right?

More like the deer urine classic. Sponsored by real tree.

If they do that, I’d imagine MSU-Rutger and NW-MD are two candidates.

Didn’t the big ten try to make Friday night games happen last year and Warde said have fun with that we won’t be participating.
September 19th, 2020 at 5:36 PM ^
If I remember correctly, we had a Friday night game at Minnesota that worked out fairly well....

Wasn't there a MLB playoff game or something that put the metrodome into a scheduling conflict?
September 19th, 2020 at 7:53 PM ^
Yes. Twins playoff game on Saturday which meant the game had to be played a different day. Lloyd was still pushing for Saturday. Michigan was finally told to pick Thursday or Friday because Saturday was not an option. I think Greeny and Golic were the announcers for the game. Still remember turning that game off in the first half. Saw the fourth quarter at the bar. The place was going insane. It was awesome.

lived out west at the time. was duck hunting all day, a fun day. went into a town to get a pizza and an adult beverage and they had the game on. whoa baby, what a second half. go blue.

Jim said on College GameDay that our first game is October 24, so I’d say the chances of a Friday game are nil.

Sparty always opens on Friday in recent years so I guess it will be them

My flight lands at 4:20 (nice) so even though no fans at the stadium, my bud and I will be watching 15 miles away from his house and being loud and obnoxious to all his Gopher neighbors.
thats our jug
September 20th, 2020 at 8:00 AM ^
Why not just watch the game at his house instead of 15 miles away from it?

After Fox Big Noon game has been missed 2 weeks in a row, I think Fox will want Michigan v. Minnesota as their prime spot Saturday game.
September 19th, 2020 at 7:38 PM ^
I believe they have first pick that week with Nebraska/OSU...so I think ESPN/ABC will choose that game to air on their network.
September 19th, 2020 at 7:35 PM ^
Don’t know about Friday...but looked at the National schedule that week...and it’s a pretty decent bet we’re the ABC Saturday Night game first week out.

Harkens back to 2003. Good ol days mayn. Was drinking on a Thursday in Grand Rapids and drove all night. Crashed at a friend’s place in MSP. Saw a great comeback win.

1 out of 4.5
or maybe
3 out of 17
this is obvious from context
