Notes

*This is our active Sunday and Monday Thread, to keep from needing another thread for what is usually a light day of footballing.

*If you don’t see a league or team listed that you want to follow and discuss, let me know and I’ll add it (within reason). I’m not going out of my way to make sure Scunthorpe or Drogheda United are covered here.

Enjoy, cheers, and Go Blue!

I was impressed by Evertons speed and organization, just some weird errors at weird times for them, they really had Spurs on the back heel for the last 15 minutes.

Bit of a sloppy game, but an entertaining one. I root for the Toffees on any other day and hope they continue their nice run of form under Koeman.

Does it ever seem to you that there is an unusually high level of Tofees fandom among Michigan fans? I've been thinking of trying to set up periodic Ann Arbor Evertonian meetups. I wouldn't want to do it every game like some Evertonian clubs do, but itd be cool if it happened a few times a season.

I knew that MUFC game was going to be disappointing, but was there any fallout other than the score?  Ibra in trouble?  Edit:  Never mind - I read the Saturday thread...seems like some antics were had yesterday.

Best Ligue 1 race in a few years.  Monaco, PSG and Nice are all tied with 62 points, though Monaco has a game in hand.

PSG and Nice looked a bit shaky this weekend, each beating relegation-zone teams by 1-0.  In PSG's case, they were likely looking ahead to the big rematch with Barça this week.

City win again comfortably. Pep is starting to really get what he wants out of the team. Sane and sterling with so much pace. Aguero looks hungry, Silva up to his usual brilliance. Defense didn't look bad. Game in hand on Tottenham so second place looks very achievable.
