Nah. Looks too much like the Carolina Panthers’ uniforms. The fact they have to put “LIONS” on there sums it up. A good uniform doesn’t need the team name on it, it should be obvious.

I wasn't talked about the lions specifically, just responding to your argument. People always make this argument about Michigan wearing a Maize jersey. Personally, I don't think it would look great, but if it did, we sure shouldn't keep from doing it because less notable schools like WV or Cal have done something similar before.

Dan Campbell's favorite jersey when he was a Lion was the black one. That's why they chose the black alternates to wear in the draft room. Dan Campbell isn't fake tough.

Agreed. I was hoping we were done with the black forever and then Dan Campbell had to bring it back because of GRIT. At least the home jersey looks perfect and they finally got rid of the WCF.

When teams keep changing their uniforms/jerseys every few years it's just a ploy to get fans to keep buying their merchandise. This is one area where I give the Tigers a lot of credit. The old English D home uniforms are classic and should never be changed.
Totally agreed. Although the Tigers did needlessly mess with their traditional smoothed English D that they always had for their home uniforms and changed it to the classic English D that's on their hats. Not a huge deal but I just hate it when teams mess with their classic uniforms and colors.
I hate the new uniforms. The classic blue and grey is awesome and shouldn't be messed with. I hate it when franchises needlessy mess with their classic uniforms/colors. The worst is definitely in the NBA where it's hard to tell what a team's official colors are anymore because they have so many alternate uniforms with colors and court colors that don't match their traditional colors. So stupid. Anyway, I am going to be upset if the Lions wear the black unforms for more than 2 games this year.

The alternate matt blue helmet last year with the old skinny lion logo was better than anything they have ever worn by miles.
