Hoopster Justin Pippin chosing his college of choice today

In case you didn't know, Justin Pippin is picking his college today. He is the son of Scotty Pippin. Michigan is supposedly looking really good per 247 and WTKA's  Sam Webb though Sam isn't predicting he'll pick Michigan outright.

Here's Justin's thoughts on Michigan per the article:

""The development. It's a big school and a lot of pros come out of there and the culture of the coaching staff and the players, everything about it is good. It's a big college known around the world."

Having a Pippin in Jordan clothing would be quite interesting.

I remember playing an old game in the 90's called Balderdash.  It is a game where you make up definitions for unfamiliar words and get awarded points if someone chooses your definition.

Anyways one of the words was the word "pipkin".  Someone in the room wrote the definiton of the word as follows:

Pipkin (adjective)- def.... Michael Jordan's pet name for Scottie Pippen when they are showering after games.

To this day I have no idea what the word pipkin is, but it was a hilarious fake definition for the people who played this game that evening.  To this day whenever I hear the name Scottie Pippen, I immediately think of that evening of playing that game and it had nothing to do with anything on the basketball court.

What did I miss? Why are half the comments shitting on Scottie Pippen? Or is this a Pistons thing (Ive always lived on the west coast besides 4 years in ann arbor)?

boom...   its Michigan!  Lets hope this is just the start of great recruiting for Dusty, and the Michigan Basketball Program.   I feel like in todays game, $ is going to be the main factor, but would also love to know that players want to be here and play for the coaches and the logo on the uniform and what it stands for!
