What is really disconcerting is this team is showing no signs of improvement. I thought a yound and inexperienced team would improve as the season moved along.
I'm also questioning the coaching staff in terms of player development. An alarmingly high number of players have shown no improvement at all from a year ago or have actually regresssed.
