Congrats Big Ten Conference on 3/4th of the Frozen Four!
Barring a complete collapse by Ohio State it looks like 3/4s of the the Frozen Four will be manned by Big Ten teams, *hopefully* guaranteeing a national championship for the 4 year hockey conference.
Hope our boys get it done - Go Blue!
*edit: Sorry guys - brain fart. Tried to clean up the title at least so that it's more accurate*
What? Minnesota-Duluth can still win the thing.
The newly named and now Big Ten Minnesota-Duluth Golden Gophers!!! :) :) :)
and thus step into the conversation as an actual top level hockey program. I like them where they are. I'd much rather see ND win than OSU and I'd rather see Duluth win over either of them

To Hell with Notre Dame! If Al-Qaeda or ISIS had hockey teams, I would prefer to see one them win the title rather than ND.

What the hell are we talking about? We'd rather see MICHIGAN win the whole thing, right?

I was told there would be no math
I guess I'm not first. But if these games were coin flips, it bears acknowledging that 75% and 100% are values that are different.
Hmm. . . Different enough to change a guarantee???
I'm too stupid to figure this out. I'll consult my local scientitian.
Too much, too much...you took too much
Yep. Time for Mexit. I'm sure it'll work out...
Great, but basically fuck the other two teams.
Screw the Big 10/14/6 or WTF the number is. They destroyed the CCHA and let effing ND in? Screw ND and their "we aren't in a league. Unless it's really to our advantage."
Go Blue. Great time to finally get OSU's number this year...presuming both get to the finals.
No way on God's green earth am I upvoting anything that celebrates OSU success.
I don't count ND as a Big Ten school (and even if I did, I don't celebrate their accomplishments). And OSU . . . ugh.
Congratulations to Michigan - that's it.
I'll admit I'm happy Denver is out. They (8) and NoDak (8) are Michigan's biggest threat to being the lone all-time most national championships holder (9).
Meanwhile, topping BU tied us (25) with BC (25) for the most Frozen Fours in history. I can't recall the lead changes for that one, but I think we had it until Red trailed off in those final years while York maintained.
Now that we face this moment, I can still honestly say I don't know why SEC fans get such hard-ons for conference pride and for seeing their rivals do well. I have NO desire to see Notre Dame or Ohio State win so I can claim some sliver of their glory in the name of 'conference pride'
Screw Ohio State. Screw Notre Dame. Go blue. And if go blue fails, go Duluth.
your drunk go home
