Where were you when Poole hit that shot?
I was at a house-warming party, sitting in a corner watching the game on my phone. Literally screamed and dropped my phone, scared the living shit out of everyone!
Heaven
The jokes write themselves.
And I actually feel sorry for you.

....I thought she was Czech???
On the couch drinking with friends, none of which really care about what is going on. I went nuts when that shot went in and when they showed the man bun with his hands on his head I flicked off the screen. I was going to re-evaluate my life but we won so fuck it, no need for that.
Woke up my family shouting and running around the room like a gerbil without a wheel.
About 10 things in a row all had to go perfectly for us . . . from the missed free throws, to the rebound, to the inbound by Livers, to the pass by MAAR, to Poole getting the ball off in time, to the shot going in . . . and every single one of them did!
That kind of shit just doesn't happen to us.
About 8 rows behind him. It was glorious. Shout out to the Seton Hall fans for leaving, and the Wichita ushers for not checking seat assignments. :-)
catching up on DVR because we had a dinner event. My family was in another room watching live. They made lots of noise, then joined me in my den. Between the noise, the fact they stayed near me, and the time/game situation, I had a hunch something special was about to happen.
AND IT WAS AWESOME!!!!!!!!!

I was at a restaurant with family. When it was clear we were going to lose, I admitted to my uncle that I thought he was bad luck as far as watching Michigan games with me (He was sitting next to me in the stands at MSU 2015, we watched OSU 2018 and were at MSU 2018 together, etc.) I hated to make the comment but that thought was getting too much on my nerves not to spill.
Then after I said that, he reminded me that we watched last years B1G Tournament Semifinal together, and I took it back.
Cue Jordan Poole. I jumped up and screamed, and immediately gave him a huge hug.
What an awesome moment and night! Go Blue!

we watched OSU 2018 and were at MSU 2018 together,
We've got a time-traveler here! Don't spoil the outcomes...
Watching in my den and then scared the living hell out of my wife and my dog in the next room while I charged around the room screaming and vaguely attempting to mimic Poole's escape routine..
They get a lot of Godzilla attacks out that way, and it involves millions of Japanese running around screaming.
I was in section 119, row J, seat 9. Most of the rest of my row were Wichita State fans, and left their seats with about 4 minutes left in the game. For their sake, I hope they were at the top of the stairs and weren't already heading out to their cars. We didn't have subs, but it was crazy!

Hell yeah--now go and seal the deal.
I think to myself “either someone has died or something is about to happen”. Glad it was the latter. GO BLUE!!!
Dark Horse bar in Boulder, CO. I saw the two missed free throws and said to a stranger next to me that "if Michigan hits a 3, I'm going to lose my shit"
I lost my shit.
bars are just too nuts on SPD. Traffic is too nuts and the UM bar is way down and across town in NYC.
So I was at home, which is a brutal way to watch. My friend I usually watch with is down with bronchitis.
My dog lives through every emotion I go through during a game. In the 2nd half, she just decided to head for the eye of the storm. She clambered up on the coach next to me, to ride it out. There was screaming and dog hugging when Poole chucked that in. She was the magic charm!
Panda, I had the Thursday tickets on the elbow of the couch, was getting ready to log into stubhub, to sell them. Instead, I was booking flights 30 seconds later!!!
At home, on the couch, getting ready to raid the whiskey cabinet to drown my sorrows. I instead raided it in celebration. Go Blue!!!
Watched the game at my buddy's house (U-Cinn grad who's also an M fan) in Columbus. After the game I said good-bye and as I was walking out, we both sang The Victors really loudly.
Here's hoping we woke up some of his neighbors.
