Breaking: Arizona's talented Matt Dudek expected to be named Michigan director of recruiting. First reported by footballscoop.

He looks like "What the fuck just happened?
His defense gave up 600+ yds and 69 points again.
Geez, why is that a surprise?
Best guess as to what is he saying exactly....
Professional lip reader for the FBI for 21 years. He says "that fucking fat ass is holding."

I have hours of family movies for analysis. Very suspicous about great aunt Margie.
An opponent is eating Rita's nacho dip? He's probably making excuses for his porous defense, he wouldn't be complaining about his own player holding.
"I wanna fucking fat ass coney."
Rich Rod picked up a bad coney dog habit while in Michigan. The cravings strike at the oddest times.
"Fucking my ass only...."
Easy, next!?!
I hope the ref is not a fat ass.
It's a line of guys with football helmets on but what they're doing I'm not sure.
From the little bit I read, he sounds a lot like Harbaugh. Genuine, not concerned about what people think of him, cares about the kids and is a family guy. Also social media savvy. Welcome aboard. GO BLUE!
but I'm not sure that Arizona's recruiting really reflects what Dudek's abilities are.
Going by Scout's rankings, AZ's last four classes are:
2014: #30
2015: #41
2016: #43
2017: #46
That's not a positive trend. And in each year, ASU had a more highly ranked class. Worse, AZ's classes have been ranked behind those of middling programs like Kentucky, WSU, Colorado, and Minnesota, none of which are really football powers.
Yes, the difficulties that RR has had certainly has impacted the classes, and I'd have to guess the blame would be put there rather than on anything Dudek is doing.
At the end of the day the Head Coach is the program's main recruiter and the players' main draw to the program. The Director of Recruiting just keeps track of everything on the Head Coach's behalf full time.
Please spell his name correctly. Rich Roriguez, no D.
how'd that turn out?
I agree. Every single coach and player matters vs Ohio. I guess I'll go with "In Harbaugh We Trust" here...
He was named FootballScoop's "Director of Player Peronnel of the Year" in 2014.
pipe down a bit and give the guy a chance.
Well with the support of the impeccable FootballScoop in tow...
to be respected across college football as a relentless recruiter. There's a reason Ohio State and Alabama recruit the best. 1. They win. 2. They have a large staff of talented people whose sole job it is to bring in the best talent in the country. Dudek is good at his job.
My man, I am not knocking Dudek/the hire. I'm not sure what in my comment gave you that impression. I trust Jim implicitly in his evaluations of staff and players.
My comment is only mocking the value of an endorsement from FootballScoop.
Article from Feb. 2016 on Dudek's role with Arizona. I totally forgot that Chris Singletary went to AZ after getting the boot from Harbaugh.

I must've gotten confused because of the dudes knocking the hire in comparison to OSU. I started drinking early.
he's going to have far greater resources than at his last job.
A followup question since I am having trouble understanding the basis of your criticism -
What the hell does this even mean? As someone said, the head coach is ultimately the face of recruiting, so is this a jab an the overall organization of recruiting at Michigan or Harbaugh or what? Honest question.
I agree. He's got no shot...not only does Arizona not come close to OSU, but it's in a whole different time zone.
We're doomed.
