2 More Crystal Balls projecting Zach Harrison to Michigan
Crystal Balls from Garret Fishaw and Josh Newkirk on Zach Harrison came in this afternoon and are protected by the VIP tag but Michigan jumped from 11% to 20% so I believe it’s safe to infer they were for Michigan. Fishaw is a Michigan guy, not sure about Newkirk but yeterday’s games (both OSU struggles and Michigan dominating) may have moved the needle further towards the good guys.

"Hello: Zach Harrison?" ?
November 4th, 2018 at 5:40 PM ^
When is he supposed to make a decision?
November 4th, 2018 at 5:48 PM ^
Maybe he already has . . . . hmmmm?
November 4th, 2018 at 6:27 PM ^
I don't care if your source plays Counterstrike or not...I choose to believe this is true.
November 4th, 2018 at 6:43 PM ^
Steve Wiltfong (apparently) has said he is going Michigan.
November 4th, 2018 at 3:19 PM ^
The Don or Schiano?? Seems like an easy decision but that’s just me!
November 4th, 2018 at 3:26 PM ^
Considering that Schiano is likely to be gone before spring camp rolls around, I don't think this should even be a decision!
November 4th, 2018 at 3:27 PM ^
Along with Urban...
November 4th, 2018 at 5:35 PM ^
Wait, wut? Is Urban sick? I hope they have a coach in waiting ready. Just in case...
November 4th, 2018 at 3:58 PM ^
Gone, or head coach.
November 4th, 2018 at 4:07 PM ^
Bet he waits until after signing day though...
November 4th, 2018 at 3:28 PM ^
play for the team that got embarrassed by Purdue or the team that just stomped all over PSU.
November 4th, 2018 at 3:52 PM ^
Or PSU...
November 4th, 2018 at 3:22 PM ^
I hope Mr. Harrison (a DE) has noticed that OSU's stud DE wanted to leave his program (while they were undefeated and #2) and ours was dying to come back and be with (in his own words) his brothers.
November 4th, 2018 at 4:24 PM ^
Bosa was scheduled to come back from injury only to play in a meaningless bowl game... Why would he do that when he can just focus on training for the combine and rehabbing his injury? Say what you will, but Bosa is doing what is best for him. Can't fault him for that.
November 4th, 2018 at 4:31 PM ^
At the time of his announcement OSU was in the top 4, not headed to a meaningless bowl game.
November 4th, 2018 at 4:36 PM ^
Yeah Bosa made the best decision for his future. But he left school completely that's a little different than just rehabbing and prepping for the draft. I wonder if Bosa saw the issues with this Buckeye team.
November 4th, 2018 at 4:39 PM ^
Yeah, in retrospect that was a little canary in the coal mine-y.
November 4th, 2018 at 7:31 PM ^
I interpret as he just doesnt want to go to class anymore and I don't blame him.
November 4th, 2018 at 4:54 PM ^
Your statement admits that staying within the OSU program and associated medical staff is not in his best interests. That or he was being forced to play hurt. Either way....
November 4th, 2018 at 5:00 PM ^
I don’t think anyone faults Bosa and that is not the point being made. The point being made UofMs lockeroom is a band of brothers and they love their college experience. That’s good for everyone not just the guys heading to the NFL.
When you don’t respect your head coach and his integrity that can have a significant impact on the team. People want leaders they respect and leaders that inspire. These seasons are hard work and challenging. We may be seeing some of that play out this season.
November 4th, 2018 at 5:27 PM ^
I think there are people faulting him. It is not a good look. It is his life. He is free to do anything. But it looks sort of like betrayal.

Steve Miller is his agent.

The post I was responding to has been edited. It reads better now.

Was Bosa scheduled to come back later in season or the perfect excuse to quit on his team? Odd timing with all the Urban Meyer stuff going on.Why not just rehab in Ohio and show up and walk the sidelines on Saturdays. There was more going on with N Bosa then we know about
November 4th, 2018 at 6:33 PM ^
I don't fault Bosa one bit, but it is telling that he just left the program completely when he got hurt. That, to me, says something about how he feels around the OSU staff and team. It might well be nothing, but a guy basically saying "I don't care about possibly playing for a national title with this team" isn't innocuous.
November 5th, 2018 at 9:05 AM ^
The point is, he QUIT on his team.
November 4th, 2018 at 3:23 PM ^
If you are elite, and play 2 years under Don Brown, you get drafted by age 20/21
November 4th, 2018 at 4:26 PM ^
Even if you are not elite and "play" for The Don good chance you are going to NFL. How many Michigan Defenders in NFL in last 2 years (16/17)? How many 5 stars?
November 4th, 2018 at 5:02 PM ^
It’s been interesting watching Deshawn Hand have so much early success in Detroit after a mediocre run at Alabama. It makes you wonder where he would be if he played for Mattison and Brown.
November 5th, 2018 at 2:53 AM ^
Yeah how could a defensive player possibly go to any other school but Michigan and develop into an NFL player?
Come on man, I love Don Brown and Mattison, but Alabama has a pretty good track record of putting people in the NFL (and by pretty good I mean extraordinary).
November 4th, 2018 at 3:24 PM ^
I just put my crystal ball in the lions winning fewer than 6 games.
November 4th, 2018 at 3:30 PM ^
Dude. Erase the Lions from your vocabulary. I have no idea what the score is right now and I don't care. It's magnificent.
November 4th, 2018 at 3:40 PM ^
I'm at the game in Minnesota right now. 10 sacks allowed! The Lions suck, have always sucked, and will continue to suck in the future.
November 4th, 2018 at 3:42 PM ^
I'm assuming you're a Vikings fan. If not then why are you at the game
November 4th, 2018 at 3:44 PM ^
Not a huge fan, but got free tickets and wanted to see the stadium that my tax dollars helped pay for...
November 4th, 2018 at 3:55 PM ^
Hello, fellow Minnesotan. Disappointing game for the Leos. Hope you had fun despite the result.
For me, no pro result can harsh on me after yesterday’s game. This is the best kind of time to be a fan.
November 4th, 2018 at 4:24 PM ^
I'm a Giant fan. They suck again this year. And you know what? I'm fine with that. Frankly, I don't really care. Because Michigan.
November 4th, 2018 at 3:55 PM ^
Didn't suck in 1957.
November 4th, 2018 at 4:15 PM ^
That is before me and nearly everyone on this blog, except for a few notable exceptions...

"except for a few notable exceptions..."
Hello.
November 4th, 2018 at 4:01 PM ^
I announced my retirement from the lions shortly after Barry did. Its been an amazing collection of sundays!
November 4th, 2018 at 4:30 PM ^
I quit Lions and NFL the last 2 years and first time I have enjoyed Sundays in decades. I am down to College Football and now Michigan has Harbaugh, Saturdays are fun again. Even last year was entertaining, all be it painful at times. Michigan was almost always in game with chance to win in 4th.
November 4th, 2018 at 3:33 PM ^
User name doesn't check out! BTW, who are these lions you talk about and when will the Detroit area get a PROFESSIONAL football team???
November 4th, 2018 at 3:29 PM ^
If he wanted to go to OSU this would have been over months ago.
November 5th, 2018 at 3:30 AM ^
There is room to disagree, but that pretty much evaporates when you take his low-key, spotlight-averse personality into consideration. The kid is genuinely torn, especially with OSU and PSU making terrible cases right now for their program trajectories.
November 5th, 2018 at 6:18 AM ^
He was genuinely torn when OSU was still on top of the Big Ten and Michigan was coming off a 5 loss season. Remember that he cancelled his commitment announcement back in August before the news about Zach Smith and Meyer broke..
Nonetheless, I agree. What's gone on in Columbus since then had to hurt any arguments his family had for OSU. I think they'd have a better shot if Meyer was gone and replaced. He values his relationships with other recruits and the players and the enthusiasm from the Michigan side is infectious.

Tom Brady agrees...
