September 18th, 2018 at 11:36 PM ^
You may have just sent me to the store for some Vernors
September 18th, 2018 at 10:22 PM ^
Solid Gold is also the name of a fine establishment in London Ontario... Or so I've been told ;)

I will admit that I began drinking before I knew any of this, but at the moment, I am continuing with the Bell's Oberon in the basement fridge.
September 19th, 2018 at 7:26 PM ^
You're in the basement fridge drinking an Oberon?
September 18th, 2018 at 8:15 PM ^
This one feels so good, LFG!!!
September 18th, 2018 at 8:22 PM ^

September 18th, 2018 at 8:27 PM ^
No, but my son earned himself an extra chocolate milk before bed because dad was in a good mood.
September 18th, 2018 at 8:39 PM ^
Still in it for Crouch, Ford, Harrison and Karlaftis. If we could get one that'd be awesome, 2 would give us a whopping 4 5 stars in this class.
September 18th, 2018 at 8:43 PM ^
And if 247 bumps Charbonnet up enough it could be 5.
September 18th, 2018 at 9:50 PM ^
Charbonnet is a five star whether they officially give it to him or not...and Gray is at least a four. Crouch may wish to join this group on the defensive side...can you imagine him at middle LB if Harrison would join-or at the other end!!! Holy cow!!!
September 18th, 2018 at 11:36 PM ^
Last I checked, Lewis Cine is still in it too.
Hill, Hinton, Mazi Smith, Ojobo(sp?), etc. are going to be a fantastic core. Obviously want any and all of the other high profile guys, but we got a great group.
September 18th, 2018 at 8:41 PM ^
I say. Cheers!

Heard the good news at a stoplight on my way home, so I cracked open a Two Hearted right there.
September 18th, 2018 at 8:58 PM ^
Heck yeah!
That Two Hearted can sneak up on ya! Usually happens to me while I’m working in the garage!
September 18th, 2018 at 9:46 PM ^
Pro tip. Take your spark plug out of your lawn mower and put in clamp on the workbench. Turn football games on TV in garage. Drink beer from garage fridge and watch the game. If significant other enters start sanding your spark plug.
Unless you have a cool wife.

Drinking a Two Heart as well - Bells just started distributing to CO last month!

I logged in to upvote as it got a laugh from me, but I think they still go to upvote purgatory for now anyway.

Dwight McGlothern, who has us in his top 13 looks like he may announce tonight as well. His Twitter bio says he's a 5 star, but I only follow recruiting very casually so I don't know much about him.
Edit: He's a 2020 CB
September 18th, 2018 at 8:59 PM ^
Upon further reflection, I may have contradicted myself by showing how I follow fringe recruits on Twitter. It was retweeted by Adam Ghabour of Rivals, whom i uncreepily do indeed follow.

Jefferson 15 year aged at sea wheated Bourbon. Notes of salt for the hater tears but a smooth caramel finish for where M is ascending. Onward.
September 18th, 2018 at 9:26 PM ^
Just bought my buddy a bottle of the 16 year presidential for his 40th. Damn good bourbon. Saw the aged at sea while on the hunt for the 16 year and was intrigued, will have to give it a shot.
September 19th, 2018 at 8:35 AM ^
I had that as part of a bourbon flight one night at my favorite restaurant. That and Old Weller Special Reserve were the highlights. You have my envy, sir.

Water I’m too old to drink during the week and go to work in the morning
September 18th, 2018 at 9:12 PM ^
Amen, though I am not old. I am only 36. I am just responsible and don’t drink on work nights. I like to save it for the weekend. It gives me something to look forward to. I see it as a reward for a week of work. It is also less calories I am packing on by not doing it during the week.
September 18th, 2018 at 10:13 PM ^
never been a drinker. literally have alcohol maybe once or twice a year on average.
if we were talking about coffee then i'd be in trouble. i drink espresso like i get paid to do it.

September 18th, 2018 at 11:21 PM ^
Does that dude have any eligibility? Those are some crazy ass moves. As for drink.....Hendricks, with some crushed cucumber....Don't knock it til you try it, fuckers.
September 18th, 2018 at 11:41 PM ^
That's a good combo. Better than lime IMHO.
September 19th, 2018 at 2:08 AM ^
Yeah because celebrating the actions of an 18 year old are so much different than watching 19 year olds play every Saturday.
September 18th, 2018 at 9:19 PM ^
Shit, this class is legit.....go blue
September 18th, 2018 at 9:21 PM ^
And this isn't intended to be an attack at the kid, but when I visited the 247 site I clicked on the decommits link and I didn't realize that Herron had fallen to solid 4* territory from his near-5* ranking when he was at Michigan. It's all funny math anyway, but he'd be Michigan's 5th-highest recruit. Which is obviously a good thing, but highlights how fluid these rankings can be and why getting worked up either way about a recruit can be foolish.
September 18th, 2018 at 9:37 PM ^
his measurables and game film make him seem really legit
