Why does ot matter? Win out and we are top 4. With or without the Huskies. Being above or behind them now is meaningless to us.

Besides I would rank them ahead of us now. They have proven themselves the past 2 weeks. They deserve top 4 bc they have no heavyweight left (and they need a path to top 4 if they win out). We have OSU so its ok if we are 5 (and will replace OSU in top 4 when we beat them).

Doesn't matter. Polls will take care of themselves. Nobody's leaving undefeated Michigan out. And I don't care if Washington is 4 and we are 5. But I think you're making more out of Washington's last 2 wins than I would. They're quality wins, and they killed both Stanford and Oregon, but UO is crap and Stanford looks less than expected. I also think they have some tough games to go. WSU, USC, Utah could all be stumbling blocks. But overall, I agree. Polls don't matter. Beat OSU and we'll take their spot.

You have to think if what you are producing is of good quality that people are going to show off your work. I learned this 1st hand from recording music there is nothing more embarrassing then showing somebody something you are proud of and then realizing it was totally inappropriate for who you was showing it to! When you are producing something for a community or the whole world you have to make your product available for the whole world not just a select audience. My point being I learned to stop cussing in my chorus since you heard that at least 3 times per song. So basically if you make a awesome video and these kids are like damn I want to show this to my parents they are literally going to look stupid when the audio kicks in and those lyrics start playing. You are producing things for a fan base that is absolutely huge! For instance on the NCAA video games the # 1 team in every game based on fans who played it was always Michigan the Buckeyes were always # 2. So think big when produce something because you truly have no idea how far your work might ever go. Take it or leave it just thought I would throw that out from 1 artist to another. Good work and I enjoy watching your videos.

I understand what you're saying - I'm not creating these recruit highlight videos for the fanbase...or for the recruit's family. It's for the recruit and other recruits. That is the audience. I post here mainly for others who may enjoy this kind of video. I don't expect the broader audience to enjoy this kind of music and that's okay - it's not for everyone.

My barometer when creating these videos is, "Will the recruit enjoy this video?" If it's a yes then I've done a good job. This music resonates more with recruits than some Hans Zimmer epic-y music. Also, I'm trying to broaden my range. I've done plenty of general Michigan videos to the typical build-up instramental music and sometimes that gets old.

If I'm creating something for the fanbase then yes, setting it to some music that everyone can enjoy is paramount. That's not the goal of the video so it's not a top priority.

If anyone asks for a body of my work, I'd include this in it hoping they pay attention more to the technical aspects of the editing and syncronization more than the music itself. The feedback is very much appreciated.

Ya i completely understand what you are saying. I was actually focusing on the recruits as well. My point being that once you produce this it is literally centered around them and they are going to want to show it off. Some of the 1st people they show it to will more than likely be their family and friends. What i was getting at is if they show this video to their parents and it has that kind of language in the song I imagine 90% of the parents will be like WTF is that lol. I only say this because i did this exact same thing my damn self! We finished an album was really liking the work we did as it was our 1st album and we thought it was the shit. Then we decided to show it to the guy i recorded with mother and that's when we realized we made a serious mistake! We never realized how much swearing or vulgar things we actually put in the album. There is no feeling like showing your mother a song and your talking about fucking bitches and shit like that lol. We were both extremely embarrassed and was asking ourselves wtf were we thinking lol. We recorded a wide variety of music from rap, r&b, rock, Christian, reggaeton, club songs, I even tried doing some country lol. I just never forgot when we showed the album to my friends mom and she was like wtf I can’t believe I heard those words come out of your mouth. I understand this is not these kids in the songs but the video is centered around them. I also agree with the beats every one of them I have heard so far have been really good beats.
