OT - Stevie Brown 2009 Football Captain competes on Guys Grocery Games

Stevie Brown competed on episode 6 of the current season 23 (aired about a month ago), but I just watched it via youtube TV streaming.  He is playing for Mott's Children's Hospital and mentions playing for Michigan.  He looks like he can still play.

I won't spoil whether he won or not

Ah yes, who could forget the cousin to the common stat of YACs: YABs (Yards After Brown)?  Of course, YABs were the younger sibling to YAMs (Yards After Mundy).

This is one of the worst takes on the internet. Yeah, the way he dresses is not the best, but the guy is a genuinely good human. He fed the firefighters during the California wildfires, his shows give a lot of exposure to small restaurants, and he became an ordained minister to officiate gay weddings. Clearly you only know about all the shit memes on the internet and don't know who he really is.

He is actually contractually obligated to dress like that. I saw his interview on Hot Ones a year or two back and he said Food Network cultivated that image for him and he has to maintain it while on air. Now the hair I think is him but those bowling shirt get ups less so.

That said I genuinely enjoy Guy and Grocery Games is a show I really enjoy; going to look for this episode and hopefully it'll be OnDemand.

Guy FIERE actually donates a considerable amount of his time to worthy causes (huge, huge supporter of Best Buddies.)  There is no doubt he does a lot of good for a lot of people (not even including his impact on small business owners.)  And watch Diners, Drive Ins and Dives bc an upcoming episode will have one or two former UM players on it....
