NFL: Lions vs Jags

Even though the Lions have a nice lead, I have already said "Catch the goddamn ball" 5 times and it's early in the 2nd quarter. Classic Lions not putting away a team when they can.

The Lions always do the worst thing for the franchise at any given moment, so they will win today. That said, it's nice to see them playing decently, even though a lot of it is the opponent.

Lions killing themselves with penalties, just like always. In (long) field goal range and Ragnow gets called for a hold.

Doesn't matter what year it is. SOL. But I agree, I'm going to enjoy this until they blow it. We take what we can as Lions fans.....

Cripes!

The Lions just scored to go back up by 21 early in the 4th quarter.  The Jags now have the Lions right where they want 'em.

Doomed, I tell you.  DOOMED!!!

Amazing how Patricia's bunch played to win and not to lose after jumping out to an early lead when they knew if they lost they would have been unemployed tomorrow.

Now a series of very winnable cupcakes games should be enough to get him to the end of the year.

They had an attitude against a team without its top players. A reasonably healthy Julio Jones and Gurley and with Lions' injuries along both lines, I'll take the Falcons. Without Kenny Golladay the Lions are a below 500 team. Hopefully, Okudah will be better. Adrian Peterson was a great pick up.
