Walk on QB Max Wittwer rejoins the roster after an absence in 2019, now has #18 instead of #16 which he wore in 2016.
#0 is legal for the first time in college football history. Giles Jackson and Andre Seldon will both be the inaugural donners of the zero.
Wittwer wore #16 in 2018. He was still in HS in 2016, that was a typo in the op.
0 is gonna be so cool.
So our 3 primary corners are going to be numbers 1,4 and 0. That'll look so cool out there
I am interested to hear how they will resolve the apparent "feud" between Freshmen RJ Moten and Darion Green-Warren for jersey #6 (they're both listed as "6/TBD"). Water pistol duel during camp? Fastest Fake 40 time? Best singing voice? Other ideas?
/s
Moten would probably volunteer the idea of a home run derby competition between them.
I've always wondered about the story behind Grant Perry switching to #88 and giving up the #9 to Donovan Peoples-Jones. My guess is that it was because Perry got in trouble in East Lansing and was suspended from the team for a while, and since Peoples-Jones wanted #9, the staff made the upperclassman pick a new number.
This is Christian Turners third number in as many years. I kind of wish he had gone back to #41. That looked pretty cool/unique for a RB on the field.
You have to EARN Tim Bracken’s number.

I think they should have to earn Zack Novak’s number.
All weight gain, loss and number changes are good.
Sounds like football is almost here (or supposed to be)

Okay, whose idea was it to yank #40 from Kolesar???

Never thought I’d see #0 out there.
