2016 WR Donnie Corley Sets Commitment Date

Submitted by The Victors on

Donnie Corley, a top 2016 WR recruit out of Detroit King and U.S. Army All-American, will be making his commitment on 12/8 -- his mother's birthday.

Corley will be an early enrollee and it looks like it will come down to 5 schools: Michigan, Michigan State, Notre Dame, Ohio State, and Tennessee.

MSU has a heavy crystal ball lead (84%), but here's to hoping he picks the good guys.

He would be smartest to choose to go to OSU. They will have a void at WR with M. Thomas surely going to the NFL, also they will return Barrett so they will have a QB that can distribute the ball. Seems like the obvious smart choice. But who knows, maybe he doesn't like trophies and rings, which if that's the case UM would be the best fit. Kids have been having careers at UM for years now where they do not get any rings and trophies. Class after class. It's become tradition. They must not like trophies and rings.

it was just one play and his job was to not screw up, but his apparent inability to even function in the role of a quarterback when Cook went out last week was somewhat eye opening.

could at least like take a snap and hand the ball of. That did not even appear to be a foregone conclusion with Terry. Then again, we have like 14 QBs so we could have like one half QB, so I guess the glass houses thing may apply.

Let's say you have a Sea World-sized aquarium filled with 100,000,000 marbles. 84,000,000 of those marbles are neon yellow, and 16,000,000 are labia pink. You strip naked and, with your eyes closed, jump into the marble-filled aquarium. While in there, you carefully pinch one and only one marble between your butt cheeks. The odds of getting a neon yellow marble are 84 in 100, or 84%.
